System workflow process is pretty well thoughtout.
There could be some better navagation options... it's not always intuitive.
For example, I would like to see a simple navigation drop down list that easily navigates to (1) items bid on that won; (2) items bit on that lost; (3) watch list won; (4) witch list lost; (5) watch list all... etc.
If you are really serious about making user interface improvements, feel fee to contact me.
I don't want to spend too much time making suggestions if you're not really interested in making changes.

Frequently when I register for an auction. Even though I state that my purchases will be tax exempt and I list my resale certificate number in my notes to the auctioneer. Along with a note that I will send a copy of my resale certificate. Then I reply to my registration email with a copy of my resale certificate. My invoice will be charged sales tax more than half of the time. Then I have to go through the process of getting taxes refunded or worse some auction companies insist on giving me a credit towards future purchases. Then they make the same error again. This problem is becoming more frequent.

Hibid is easy to search for auctions, Items, or items I am watching. Bidding is fast and easy. The total bid amount at the top is nice, but when my wife sees how much I have spent I sometimes I wish I could hide the total. Overall a great site. I have used others and this is, by far, the best.

There is a lot to appreciate about the HiBid auction experience. The search tools enables a search by location, or specific items. After you set up your account you can keep a watch list of things you plan to bid on. Bidding is easy and I've never had a bad experience with any of the sellers.

It is very easy to watch an item and to make a bid. It is easy to see when the auction will end and how long is left before an item sells. If someone bids when time is low the time for that lot is extended so everyone who wants to can place a higher bid.
