For the most part I like Hbid auctions however Indian River Auctions is not good. I bid on and won 6 pieces of vintage fiesta ware kitchen kraft with the labels. First they reached out to me for payment the day after the auction ended (I had sent an email when the auction ended about payment and shipping). Stated that their shippers would not be in until Wednesday which was 2 days after the auction ended. I was cool with that. Did not hear from anyone for over a week so I reached back out to them. They do not answer emails or their phones. Finally reached out to hbid customer service. 2 days later I received an email that my item shipped (my items packed but did not ship for 2 more days). I was so excited to receive my items. When I received my items my heart sank as one of the bowls was broken clearly when it was being packed not in shipping. Again I reached out to Indian River Auctions and have never received an answer to how to proceed. This auction shop of hbid has soured me on bidding on hbid ever again. I paid a lot of money for these pieces and got ripped off. I will be looking for a different online auction site.
Every thing went good started use this system three yrs ago. When we were in shut down...good time looking through and then go back if I decide to bid on that auction.

I have no complaints. It was an easy process.I was wondering what happens to items that did not sell at auction.

The only complaint I have with the HiBid process is actually trying to view the pictures within the listing. It is difficult to open and/or scroll through the pictures and it seems like half the time, the buttons for doing so, do not work or you have to select them several times before they will. This has been the case on every auction I have bid on and makes it very time consuming and frustrating.
