Was great and very easy to navigate the only thing that I didn 't like on my phone the bidding button and the red X to remove item is so close together it is too easy to hit the X when trying to bid when items are closing

Out of all the auctions I've bid on and won over the years I've never had an issue bidding on the platform. I did have a terrible experience with one auction company, which I realize is not Hibid's fault. However it is frustrating as a customer to not be able to leave feedback on an auction company when they have the ability to leave feedback on the customer.

I like to preveiw the auction online and write down the lot numbers of the items I want to bid on in order, and the times that each item will hit the auction block, then I can plan my day around those times

Soft close is a bit of a pain when busy but other than that easy to use and can get some super deals.
