I have contacted my card company and it is not them. The auctioneers tell me it must be how the card is recorded with Hibid. This is frustrating and embarrassing causing me to be declined by other auction houses

All worked well for me. I was able to track and complete multiple bids easily.
This and most of my other experiences have been great. Ladage auctions as well as most others have been great. Saying that, I've had 3 bad dealings with ogle auctions, as in paying and never receiving my items, only to watch them listed again. Repeated email and texts, phone messages left with no response. I don't bid in ogle auctions anymore. Unlike all of the others, they're very disreputable.

Typical auction ends at 7pm open bids for an hour and you cant get bid in because their server keeps loading. Would have bid again on 3 items but couldnt get to bid again kept reloading. Has happened on other sites, well heres another one. Dont get to secure in your winning. Reloading reloading

I didn't utilize any user aids that may be available, so it's pretty intuitive. The one feature I missed was when there were multiple items offered on an "each" basis. I bid thinking it wss the whole lot! I definitely won that one. But that was probably cause I was bidding well after midnight! The scope of the offerings is amazing.

What does it mean when I see 25× next to a bid of lots say $3.00. Dose it mean I could win 25 items for the $3.00. Or is it 25 items at $3.00 a piece, making my bid really $75.00 at bidding close. Thinking your bid is $3.00 for 25 items is quite different then being tricked into paying $3.00 apeace

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
