Scrolling down the catalog as bidding was done the page kept going from the catalog to a HiBid page. I would need to go back to get back to the catalog. Became so frustrating, I closed the page and turned off!

I was confused what happens after the auction. Invoice for the item and seperate invoice for shipping. Some house ship some don't some are a third party. Very confusing.

Bidding was very simple and user friendly. I was surprised how reasonable the items are!
The only issue I had was bidding in a Fire Pitt Table I saw it come up and it was going going!
So I bid on it and won! The problem was I read the description later on and it was only the Fire Table
"Shell"
WTH!
They say no returns but the other two things I bought were so cheap I just absorbed the cost
I told them I didn't want the Fire Pitt SHELL! When I picked up my items
It's kind of crazy you have such a short time to get your items. But the two young guys who helped me at the warehouse were very nice and pleasant!
The warehouse is easy to find and it wasn't that busy
Overall, the process was a good one
Buyer Beware! Read the full Description before bidding!
And make sure you can meet that short window to pick up the items you purchase

I enjoy, bidding on high bed auctions and have for a few years. I like the second confirmation button required when bidding. When I hit the first one, if I have any remorse whatsoever, I get out before, confirming. It helps me to bid on auctions with facing little regret. One time, I accidentally hit an extra zero on my max and was able to reach the auction company to clear it up before the final sale day.

It was a great experience. I was able to do it on my phone as well as my computer. Does some of the mobile features aren't available on the website they still work good on the computer. I would recommend fixing the mobile access to current bids or establishing a mobile app.

We would like to point out our max bid feature, which allows bidders to set the maximum they are willing to pay for an item, and have our system actively bid for them in increments up to their set max bid. We scan the auctions often for things we want and need to make our lives better. HiBid makes it easy. They send emails on a regular basis. I can scan the local auctions and then scope out some farther away. I set my own parameters for the auctions I want to see. There's an easy search option if I'm looking for something specific. The 'watchlist' is where I spend a lot of time, checking on the items I'm watching or that I've bid on.
