I purchased a tv through auction mongers in richmond hill ontario. They described tv as minor face on screen but when i got delivery of tv it has crack on tv and constantly swtiching on n off and body is loosen up from bottom and broken bottom right corner. I have spent 519$ including and they are not refunding my amount. Please help me to get justice as i saved this money from months as i am not doing any job right now
I found getting registered was very easy and bidding easy. Went next day and picked up items bought next day and they were very nice and helpful on getting my oil cans

When you register, the bidding starts and it's easy. They have everything and anything you can think of for auction. This is my first time and I'm loving it!

My only comment would be that there are so many auctions, and the auctioneers don't describe their goods with any consistency. This makes searching for specific items a bit tedious.

Easy to get on. I used to have a hard time getting to the auctions on hi-bid. Easy to stay on. I used to get knocked off often! Easy to bid. I used to struggle to get my bid placed. It seemed the last changes to the website helped a lot.
