I literally had the hardest time w/ the sizing for my jeans, & their customer service Rep helped me find my size. Other places have me just look at the size guide but they actually helped me. RARE!

I bought two items from Hesimple and am very unhappy. The dress came in the wrong colour and was not linen as advertised but cotton and polyester. I used the company size guide but the top was too small.
I posted the items back to China in July 2019 with the information provided to me by Hesimple to get a refund but it has now been returned to me in Australia by post 3 months later, having been stuck in Customs in Guangzhou for all that time.
So, I am stuck with them and am $100 out of pocket.
Do not take the risk with purchasing from them.
I bought my first pair of boots. They were delivered on time and fit wonderfully! I have enjoyed using them a couple of times and now they are entering as expected. I highly recommend this store.

I only spent like $50 on my first order which was fair because I think i got a good amount of clothes. Got my order in 2 days and the products were good. I do recommend for first time shoppers. I will be shopping again.

Wow wow wow. I was never an online shopper, but I decided to take a risk and try Hesimple. I am so glad I did! It's bittersweet, because I can't stop ordering clothes from there LOL! Also their customer service is outstanding and prompt!
I have been buying from here since 2014 and it has been a very good, legit website. The first pair of jeans I ordered were perfect. Perfect sizing and good quality. On one of my orders I had a small imperfection and didn't notice it till I tried on the dress like a couple days later, but I contacted a rep and i was able to get a new time in a good time. I really do like this store/online store as they have been good to me in the past
My teenage daughter loves clothes. She convinced me to buy here the first time, it was the best decision! The transaction and delivery could not have been easier. I compared again, which I guess is the best recommendation!

Clothes with very striking designs. Excellent shop, very rarely I have a problem with my order. But when I do, they take care of that. Shipping is fast and they have good prices.
What pictured on the site was actually the same as I have received. It was a bit smaller for me tho but luckily it's so flexible so it's okay. Thanks nonetheless
