I did not have a difficult time ordering my valerian root. I have no complaints. I was especially happy when I opened the box and saw how much valerian root, I got for what I paid. I have been paying top dollar at the local health food stores. I started looking for another option to buying valerian root when th local markets kept raising the price. Valerian Root is a very important herb in my nightly tea routine because I use it for sleep. So, I will be continuing to order this herb and try some other herbs also.
