I have ordered 12 mesh black pepper for years. The price has gone up substantially. I was hoping to get a larger wholesale discount. I would be happy with 25% off and free shipping. Is that doable or are your margins just too tight?

I have found that Monterey Bay has every herb I've needed (with options in situations where an item may be out of stock) at prices that save me money compared to any other vendor. I sometimes find myself scrolling through their inventory, fascinated by the assortment of herbs available. Shipping is fast and reliable.

I have ordered tea from this company for about a year. We drink green tea with lemon grass as iced tea. The product is always quality and delicious.

While the herbs seem to be of acceptable quality, there are no dates for when the herbs were harvested, nor an expected best by date. This is a problem as I use these herbs to make products for my customers. I don't like not knowing how old the herbs are. The only reason I purchase from Monterey Bay is that they carry a few herbs I can't get anywhere else. Once I find another source, I'll quit purchasing from Monterey Bay if the other source provides use by dates.

Tea is overall good quality, clean and tasty. Only tea that was a disappointment was the lemon balm. Other than that I appreciate the speed of delivery and packaging.

I'm just a homemaker who loves spices & herbs & teas & I love to share what I love with family & friends. So buying in larger amounts at your prices works great for me/us. Your delivery time is really good too. (The only thing that wasn't liked was the catnip! Can you believe that? I have strange cats.) You said to be specific soooo... No complaints y'all!

Many of the herbs I'm looking for are currently out of stock. I get notifications, but it doesn't help when I need them right away.

All herbs/powders were fresh and good quality. The cold and flu brew tea has kept our immune systems strong and we haven't gotten sick since we incorporated into our life.

I have purchased herbs and supplements from this company from the start many years ago. Both my horses and I have benefitted from their products and the prices are the best I can find for most things. And the service is great! I once got the wrong product delivered and they sent the right thing to replace it and let me keep the other product to try it out for free.

I have thousands of dollars in herbs from you guys! I'm doing a soft relaunch so I'm excited to be in business with you again!

I have made multiple attempts to order. I seemed to be in a loop. This is my third attempt. I have enjoyed interacting with this provider in the past and hope that this transaction is successful. Customer service interaction was very pleasant and human.

I searched several sites online before finding Monterey Bay Herb Co, and they had the best selection, and very comparable, or better prices. The herbs I received were of very good quality, and the shipment arrived in a timely manner. I have already placed another order!
