I've ordered product several times and have never had an issue. All the products were excellent and received as expected. I will consider Monterey Bay Herb Company a trusted vendor.

My 2 previous orders of Organic Coriander had bugs in them. I tried to get a refund but the contact I have never responded. So I am out that product and money because of the bugs!

The site is easy to use, there is humerous varieties of herbs at affordable prices and quantities. Free shipping and discounts for large quantities, special orders are available, so very large quantities can be obtained. Orders are delivered promptly, and if there are potential delays, customers are informed when the order is placed.

I have been a customer for more than a decade, and I have watched the website improve, as service and product continues to be excellent, just as it was a decade ago.

Customer service staff was helpful.
Receiving A discount is very helpful since we are from Canada and purchasing from US.
Besides paying another company to bring goods from NY to Canada again.

Finding a lot of herbs that I need. Looking for a few Chinese herbs, I'm sure I will find them. But so far, everything that I have purchased has been great.

I found all I needed and more. Glad i found more because everything had tasted great and does what the description and recipe calls for.

I ordered s Bulk assortment of different herbs, flowers & powders and I've been personally enjoying everything I've gotten. One of the things that really made me feel the change was the tea blend I made with all the stuff I got from y'all. This is honestly the best site to get ahold of s huge selection of ingredients for all kinds of things. Just gotta make sure you get various mason jars to store everything bc all the items come in bags.

The only thing I didn't like was that the sea moss that I got, in the description it said sorted & sifted but... Idk. I wanted to use it for consumption but it came with many MAAANNNY little shell pieces & it has been a really hassle sorting it... Also the sea moss itself is very small. I feel like I got the bottom of the barrel type stuff cause it's definitely not whole. Maybe i didn't read the description well enough but I'll try the other sea moss they have. This one i might just use the rest as an exfoliant.

I love the selection, esp of organic & wildcrafted herbs, and cut-and-sifted bulk herbs. Out-of-stock issues can be frustrating, although I do appreciate the ETAs and the "notify me" function.

Bulk order form is great. You should create sub lists in it.
Bulk order forsm for powders separate from C/S and whole. Might be nice.

Product is good, like there recloseable bags. Would give 5 stars if everything came in similar bags. Still an excellent herbal experience.

I really expected this to be a great experience, and was so excited to receive my first shipment, but opening my order inside a cardboard box with absolutely zero packing materials just immediately made me feel undervalued as a customer. I ordered several pounds of herbs and they were left to rattle around the box for the whole delivery. As a small business owner myself, I can't imagine being too busy or distracted to ever ship a customers order like that.

I've been working with Monterey herbco.com for awhile now they have a distributor in my area. They are super fast. I wish that I could skip the shipping and just pick up my order their only 1 mile away.

I have ordered from Monterey Bay Co a few times and always, my order is packaged properly. Which is a plus. The quality of herbs is superb.

I had a huge order of teas. First time buying in bulk and it was tough finding a place with good quality loose leaf tea that is actually affordable and reasonably priced. I drink my teas everyday now in order to better my health and I'm very happy I found this company. Amazing quality!

We bought black tea in bulk from MBHC to add to our beer batches. We've used it for our Peach Black Tea IPA and for our John Daly (black tea lemonade) Seltzer. The product has been clean and safe to use in our beer without contamination and the flavor and aroma match that quality.
