The herbs always arrive on time, the prices are better than any company I've previously used, shipping rates are reasonable, and customer service is top notch (and I worked in customer service for 30+ years). The selection is great, and, if needed, they will email you when an item is back in stock. The herbs are well labeled, including genus and species, arrive in resealable pouches, and fill the room with aroma when opened. They are fresh and good quality herbs. The website also offers brewing temperatures and times for the teas they sell. I cannot say enough good things about this product, the company and the staff.

Monterey Bay Herb Co. Has become my "go to" source for herbs spices and teas. The product is well sourced and the dried goods have always been aromatic and colorful. Some items are out of stock when out of season, but I've not run into many. The prices are reasonable or lower than any other company I've tried in the last 25 years. The orders ship quickly.
