I have been purchasing from this company for about a decade now and I have never been disappointed. Quality is always great and so are the prices.
The description that Herbco has for the quality assurance and sourcing of their products is very reassuring and using their products has provided healthy benefits for us.

I love ordering from this company. Prices cannot be beat and everything comes fairly quickly. I also like the options they provide for 1/4 pound or full pound. Everything on the website is easy to find and I'm looking forward to continuing to order from them. Very happy with product overall. But, since you are asking, I bought a pound of bayleaf a few orders ago that was absolutely awful. Tiny pieces and not a single whole leaf in the bag.
Although When I looked at your catalog page, I did not see anything about mushrooms but when I typed in the request for mushrooms in Google you came up. You also had a larger portion than my previous supplier and at a comparatively very economical price.
The herbs I ordered are very fresh and fragrant. One of the herb bags was not sealed and the contents was falling out. I contacted the seller and was sent a new bag, no questions asked.
I placed a $60 order and paid the flat $16 shipping fee. Then I got an email saying one item (which was about $12) was unavailable- even though it ALLOWED ME TO ORDER IT. It furthermore informed me that their system is not set up for back orders so I would need to place a separate order to order the item again and PAY ANOTHER $16 SHIPPING FEE - because they didn't have something in stock I ordered on one, single order! Yes, I confirmed this "policy" with their customer service. Ridiculous! To think this company came recommended to me! I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone!
I always order from here for my company and I have always had a great experience except 1 time that I didn't receive my order on time.
