Terrible business I wish I could give 0 stars. They don't give refunds and I ordered a dress for an event and it was supposed to ship out in November it did not ship out until halfway through December. So annoying and on top of that it doesn't fit I ordered an extra small and it was extremely large and not great material, It's ridiculous to only give store credit because I do not trust their sizing and obviously no longer want to pay almost $200 for their terrrible products and unprofessionalism.
Heiress is that brand I can rely on time and time again for the perfect fit and last minute outfit. It' s one of the few brands I can order from and just know it will fit me perfectly. Perfect to order last minute dresses from, I usually receive my order in 1-2 days. Really love this brand and am so glad a brand finally makes classy pieces that fit well.
This brand is my FAVORITE EVER! Their clothing is beautiful. Their designers really prioritize accentuating your waist and creating an hourglass shape through the boning and corsetry. WOW. I get so many compliments wearing heiress. I can' t wait to order more xx

I' m going to try to update my review later with pics so you girls can see how amaze their dresses are and how well they fit. Highly highly recommend them! You can' t go wrong with any of their styles, I own a ton of the dresses and they all fit me so well.
I never try new brands but heard great things about Heiress so I ordered one dress and LOVE IT! The quality is really superb and amaze. I highly recommend their dresses, I usually shop at higher end brands and heiress had better quality than the dresses I usually wear that are ten times the price. I heard they' re raising prices soon and I can totally see why.
Okay so for full transparency, I' m an influencer and i' ve tried just about every luxury brand and every fast-fashion brand that there is. I' m constantly gifted pieces. Heiress actually wouldn' t gift me any pieces since all of their drops are extremely limited and they reserve those pieces for paying customers. SO I bought a dress to see what all the hype was about and I am amazed. I' ve tried just about every brand and have only found one other brand with comparable quality to heiress. Shipping took 2-3 days and the packaging was gorgeous! The custom tissue paper and their heiress boxes were so luxurious. I heard they are raising their prices which they should because it felt like such a treat ordering from them and I loved unboxing my dress! Will definitely be shopping again soon!
I bought the slip corset dress & it is absolutely not as described. Waiting on customer service to get back to me but I doubt they will based on other reviews. I am completely appalled that this company gets away with displaying one thing & sending a piece of crap in the mail.
After an initial misunderstanding that the company dealt with swiftly, the dresses arrived in good time, they are good quality and my daughter is delighted with them. Thank you
Spent £200 on 2 dresses as a Christmas present (shared with my daughter's grandparents) to be met by the UPS person telling me there was another £75! To pay on import duties. This was not made clear at checkout. I have since been back onto the site - where you have to find the information under 'shipping policy'. As the site deals in £ and does give any hint to extra postage when paying I did not expect to have to pay any more. This is outrageous. Not sure what I'll do if the dresses don't fit / suit her. This is a disgusting and underhanded way to conduct business.
An amazing company with great customer service that responds quickly when needed, I order from them every drop (make sure you log on at 9 am otherwise their drops sell out SO fast!) I see why everyone loves them so much. The clothes fit perfectly and I always feel so great wearing them. Excited for their new drop on monday and can't wait to see what else they come out with. My only negative is I wish they came out with more styles for the winter! I know they are based in LA and MIami so I see why they may not.

When I found this site, I was SOO excited since everything they had online looked so beautiful, their following on instagram gave me good hopes, and even their tags photos checked out with such stunning pics! However, the complications that this store gives along with the actual dress itself was insanely disappointing. First, the dress wasn't shipped when Heiress Beverly Hills gave me the notification it was shipped. When tracked, all the USPS site said (for the following 4 days) was that the shipping label had been created, but that it had not been received by USPS yet. I then emailed and they didn't respond for another couple days until after they finally shipped it. The main reason I'm upset about this is because I had purchased 2-Day Shipping for an event that I wanted to wear the dress to and it came about 5-days after the event ended. They also gave an estimated ship date (the same date they gave me a notification saying it had been shipped) which also wasn't accurate or truthful. So for this part of my disappointment I would say to not trust their site on getting anything to you with accurate shipping information or in a timely manner. The second reason for disappointment was when the dress actually arrived. Not only was the color very different from what I had expected, but the quality was terrible! I had order this super cute bustier silk dress and the bustier part wasn't even centered. The lines are going sideways and tilted (you can see this in one of my pictures where I lined up the bottom of the bustier straight across the camera and the wire lines are not even close to straight), the dress came with a ton of wrinkles and is a lot looser than shown on the mannequin and than the sizing guide. Lastly, the because it took so long to come in I can no longer return it since it is 14 days after the purchase date. I would recommend never shopping here!

The quality is worse than cheap Halloween costumes. I cannot believe the level of scams. The $117 dress I got I wouldn't pay $17 for had I seen it in person. They also don't offer returns only exchanges which no thanks I do not want anything from this shop again.
Ladies, I never leave reviews but as a designer I need to. The fabrics that Heiress selects are luxurious fabrics that feel good on the skin and are good for the environment. I can tell that a lot of development and planning goes into the brand and their fabric selections. Their sizing is incredible and really is made to fit real bodies and not just models. I wish more brands used this size chart they are known for. The clothing fits my body perfectly and makes me feel so confident. More brands should take note of what they're doing.
Love this brand so much and I loved it even more when less people knew about it lol! I'm telling you guys this brand is going to be the new thing. Their quality is great and the fit of the pieces is like a designer brand. I'm excited to see their new collections and felt like I had to leave a review because such few brands these days have such great quality and service.
I ordered heiress for my girlfriend and it is my favorite dress that she has ever worn. It compliments her body beautifully and accentuates all of the right places. Their designers are no joke. I never leave reviews but I will be ordering her as much as she wants from this brand lol. They really are incredible!

Just ordered a dress for my bday, was so excited. I am so disappointed the quality is HORRIBLE, literally a scam. Not worth 100 dollars, it's like shein quality.
LADIES! If you want the best dresses that really snatch your waist this is my new favourite brand! I wish they made their dresses in more colors but the brand is amazing! The corsets aren't like other brands that I've tried, they really snatch you in and make you feel AMAZING!
I LOVE this brand and I never leave reviews. I was skeptical at first but I totally see why they are known for the quality and fit now. The garments are breathtaking and the quality of them felt like some of my 1800 dollar dresses. The fabrics were so luxurious. I ordered five dresses and every single one of them fit me amazing. I was shocked! I could not recommend this brand enough! I'm so happy I found them!
