I absolutely adore the brand Heiress! It's incredibly challenging to find clothes that fit me perfectly, but Heiress is the exception. I can confidently order a dress from them just a few days before an event and always trust that it will fit flawlessly. This reliability is priceless to me. Heiress has become my ultimate go-to brand, and I highly recommend it to all the ladies out there!

My only complaint is that I didn't read the button when I clicked "add to cart" it said "pre-order now" and I didn't read the estimated ship date below this, although it is pretty obvious lol! I read online that they are environmentally friendly and only produce their clothing in limited batches which is why they open up pre-order, to prevent over production. Most of the clothes are in stock and I will definitely pay attention to if it says pre-order now vs add to cart in the future. I can't complain because I love supporting small brands and when the clothing arrived, it was completely worth it. It fit so well and the craftmanship was amazing! Highly recommend!

If you want to return an item, they will ignore you for months after you send the item back. Then after contacting them several times over months, they finally offered an in-store credit. It's not worth the risk of buying an item and it not fitting well.
The quality of the dress was very fragile and it fit much shorter like a mini dress than I expected.

I love Heiress and have been a customer for the past few years. I haven't found another brand that fits my body and shapes me in all the right places. The branding is beautiful I always feel excited when the package comes, it's such a nice treat! The quality of their garments is one of my favorite things about them. I always receive compliments when I'm out in Heiress.

I was so obsessed with the black corset mini dress and decided to buy it for my birthday party. First, the order took over a month to ship and barely made it for my birthday. When I finally got it, I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. The fabric quality was nice but the craftsmanship was lacking. There were so many loose threads around the shoulder straps…looked like something from Shein. Also, the dress sizing is not very accurate based on their site measurements and it is SO SHORT. Im 5'5 and it barely reaches the bottom of my butt…I cannot bend or sit down or everything gets exposed. Also, the cup lining on the bra area is flimsy and flops out when you lean forward…not up to the quality that I was expecting for a $150 dress.
Best part is I can't even return the dress since it was bought on promo…Don't recommend this brand, save your money!

Because I didn't realize the quality of it until I actually had it on and was gone for the evening. The corset did not support me and bulged out, making my body look disfigured. I voiced my concern to the company and even sent pictures of the poor quality of the corset and they refused to give me a refund. Do not purchase from this company they do not value their customers.

I have ordered 3 times on this site and am stuck in an endless cycle of canceling my order and getting store credit to eventually order again and never get the item. There ship estimates on pre-order are never correct. I've tried ordering pieces for my bachelorette wedding and new years to never even get the item in time (even if the estimated ship date is 1 month before the event). I don't understand how the way the company is run is even legal. Not worth the money or the wait. But elsewhere.

Fraud! Overly priced for a dress that hasn't come plus paid for expedited shipping. They have no phone number and no one responds from their emails. Disgusting
