Decent dress prices, but please be prepared to receive something different than what you expect. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. Either way, make sure you are either okay with the return/reorder process or have a backup option ready.

Also: HAVE A SEAMSTRESS ON YOUR SPEEDDIAL
These dresses will likely need alterations of some sort. Even if it's just a hem.

Dress arrives quicker than expected the smell was also great

The gown we ordered for my daughter's prom arrived a week earlier than the site said. The dress fit perfect and will require no alterations. The gown is absolutely stunning. The photo on the web page doesn't do the gown it's true justice. My daughter is going to turn heads at the prom in this gorgeous dress. Very impressed with the quality of the gown, the pricing, and the quick delivery.

I have been waiting for a return label and instruction for weeks.

The dress we received is nothing like the picture. No glitter no satin and no bright red. Looks like a curtain heavy, dull and some weird bunching in the waist and flower pattern.

This dress fits really well and will only need minor alterations. Very good quality for the price. I'm excited to wear it on my daughters wedding day this summer!

Product sucks not the dress pictured. Torso is super long, has weird added ruched fabric at what is supposed to be the hip area but it's barely tacked on. Definitely not worth the price

Never heard nor received and communication, update or feedback from this company until I emailed requesting status. Them emails were nonstop and dressed delivered within three days.

Dress was everything my daughter had hoped for, and more. The quality is nice, thick material, and the fit was perfect! Will definitely be shopping here again for future events!

The dress was beautiful the train was just so long

This was a pleasureable experience. I'm very excited and looking forward to receiving my dress. However the shape and color wasn't for me.

Shopping on Hebeos was easy with being able to choose color, shape, flow of your dress. The size guide and video was very helpful or I would have gotten the wrong size. Once I officially ordered my dress the emails and tracking was very easy and helpfull and my dress was delivered early!

Beautiful dresses for great prices… if you are planning to keep them. I ordered 3 dresses for my school's prom and was planning to return two. When I tried to return them the company replied to my email with bs excuses about all of the expenses and fees I'd have to pay just to return them- it was more cost efficient to just sell them to a consignment store.

Was quick and fast, however didn't get many updates and kept checking it on the website

Beautiful dress and love the color and looking forward to my daughters prom in it!
