Shipping on time,that very important?
Dress look beautiful,

The dress fit terrible. The color didn't match the picture. Junk material that was uncomfortable. Then wouldn't let me return the dress.

Package arrived on time! And I got my dream dress for a reason price!

The sizing runs small. The dress did not fit my hips or waist. You should order at least two sizes up.

Colors are not the same as pictured. Very off. Shipping is very expensive and they just stuff it in a bag and ship it. Looked at the return policy and it's definitely not worth sending back.

I had a very difficult time returning the dresses, I emailed help several times and did not get any response.

I recently had a terrible experience with Hebeos. I had ordered a beautiful dusty pink bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding, but to my dismay, I received a neon pink dress instead. I was extremely disappointed with the mistake and immediately contacted the website's customer service to rectify the situation.

To my surprise, the customer service representative was unhelpful and unsympathetic towards my situation. Not only did they refuse to offer me a refund, but they also insisted that I donate the dress to a charity instead. I was appalled by their lack of responsibility and disregard for my needs as a customer.

The dress was clearly not what I had ordered, and I had no use for a neon pink dress. It was a huge inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to my already busy schedule. The fact that the website refused to take any responsibility for their mistake only made matters worse.

As a customer, I feel that it is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide a satisfactory solution to their customers. Unfortunately, this website failed to do so, and I would caution others against purchasing from them in the future.

In summary, my experience with this website was extremely disappointing. Not only did they send the wrong dress, but they refused to provide a refund and insisted on me donating the dress. I would not recommend this website to anyone, and I suggest that others look elsewhere for their dress needs.

The order process was easy, but the dress is not gold it's yellow

Their website clearly has 14 day return policy and all i was offered was 70 % off next purchase. What a sham. People come in different shapes and sizes and on occasion like this a product may need to be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size. If i cant get my order exchanged will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau.

I was not able to get a return address for the items i ordered even though the return policy states that you are able to return for all money back. The customer support email stoped answering me after they refused to let me return the items.
