Dress does not fit and trying to find how to return. Material feels cheap to me.

They cant keep getting away with this! This scam site needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, to Google and to Microsoft! Also report them to Instagram and any of their other social media accounts. They are a shameful fake company that preys on women and mothers looking to buy their daughters one of the most important items of their teenage lives. They are scammers and send low quality cheap trash and don't give refunds as promised on their site, they give you this insane run around and TRY to make it impossible, but don't give up. Please get online and warn as many people as you can about Hebeos!

Everything was smooth with ordering just not the product I wanted

Fast ordering process. Received quickly. We had one issue due to my error but it was quickly resolved.

Be prepared to receive a dress that is somewhat different than the one you ordered. Have a backup on standby. The return process is very difficult. When you try to return, they will go back and forth with you about how you "ordered the wrong size". This is what happens when you ordered from these types of sites. They attempt to make replicas of popular dress styles that often don't turn out right.

The dress is think material and is already falling apart.

I like the availability to buy swatches to actually see the color.I also really like the unique style of the dress, it was really hard to find.

The photo makes the top part of the dress appear more structured than it actually is. It almost looks like there is boning in it, but it is all just a stretchy velvet fabric with no real structure or shape to it like the picture.

I was very please with thhe fit of the dress I was so worried that I would have to send it back and it would not fit right. Thank-You. Also it came much sooner than I expected too.
