From the start the whole process of ordering was simple. Only 4 weeks to complete delivery which I think is very fair. I emailed them in between and was answered very quickly. Gown was made nice. If I need to return, I hope that will not be difficult. We will see. But Im sure it is going to go well.

Sizing: I ordered a 2 and only had to get the bust and waist taken in a little bc I'm tiny. I'm 5'6", 118 lbs. Bust 31". Waist 25"
Quality: I was amazed at how well the dress was made. It looks exactly like the picture but I got the pure white color.
