1 dress I bought and loved (it looks exactly like the picture) the other dress barely resembles the dress that actually arrived, poor quality & I had to paid $100 to return dress back to China

My daughter ordered a dress and the material was terrible. She immediately contacted them to return it. They took forever to get back to her. They then said she had to pay 15% plus shipping to "re process" the dress. They tried to say they have to dry clean returns. There is no way they are doing that. There is also not a need. They are absolutely making money on this! They will resell the dress plus keep our 15%. Please don't get caught in this like we did!

The experience was very good however i received my dress and i got no confirmation till now otherwise great service

The quality of the dress was not good nor did the dress fit.

Dress is as is expected except the color is a lot more red then maroon.

I am very skeptical ordering from any online shop. Since this was a special purchase for my daughter's Prom I was nervous at first. Our order came and I must say it was beautiful. My only concern was the packaging, maybe that's something the store can work on improving. I would definitely shop here again and I would tell people about it.

Everything went as planned. Dress arrived early. Dress is beautiful good quality

Dress was nice but too small. Which didn't make sense since I am a size 8 and I ordered a 10.

So far the product is good. Havent really worn it yet

The dress is beautiful. Be aware that the material and form that the dress is stitched in a way that makes it not forgiving for certain figures. Sadly I spent the money on a dress that does not fit. Not sure what my options are, if I have any.

Sent measurements in and got a dress that fits perfectly and makes my teenager happy.

This dress has purple in it. If you are looking for a true blue, this dress is not it.

Offering me 10% refund for a dress I paid for $189. Not only was it not what was displayed but they wont refund me my money. Giving me BS that they can not because it's what they claim I ordered. It was NOT. Dress was horrible bunch of tulling and not even the color displayed. What a scam of a company. My daughter was so disappointed once we received it to find out it is nothing what was displayed. Do not buy anything from this company they will rob you and swindle you if your money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business.

I ordered because I was recommended here. I should've went to the actual store. Cs the dress color is totally different. This is why they cheap. What i ordered vs what I got! I would never purchase or recommend. Followed YouTube measurements.this is a joke

It was so easy to order, the size chart was perfect and the color you order is the same as the color chart! My grand daughter was so happy and looks perfect for prom!
