Good service, good quality dresses. Fast for being so far away.

And she didn't like it. I wanted to send it back and they have been giving me a hard time. Terrible customer service and thiefs. The dress has the tags on it and was worn for 2 minutes.

I was sent the wrong color dress and this was to be my wedding dress. Further more, I couldn't zip it around my breast area. Their return policy clearly states that a return with refund can be done for this reason. I had several emails with customer service. They sent a picture of the dress I received and said 'this is the picture and color you chose.' I certainly did not! I wanted a white dress to get married in. Furthermore, they had the nerve to instruct me to take this new dress in the wrong color to a seamstress to make it fit. I was told that if a seamstress couldn't make it fit, I should donate it! Never ever again will I waste my money on this store that lies on its policies!

I am still trying to return this dress, but Hebeos customer service takes days to respond and they seem to be hedging the return. I read the policy before I purchased, but they are dragging their feet on the return request. I guess time will tell...

We ordered a dress for my daughter's prom. When it arrived it did not match the photo on the website. It had a different bodice (contrast color beading not appliqué of same color) and was a different hue. I tried to return it per the 14 day return policy but Hebeos is not honoring their policy. Instead they keep encouraging us to keep the dress and tailor it. No amount of tailoring will change the problems with it and we just want the company to honor the advertised return policy specially since the photo was misleading.

Would give 0 stars but not an option. I was not happy with the dress and needed to return it per the return policy and contacted customer service to no avail. Still waiting for reply after 6 days of communication via email.

It was fine finding a dress, and I ordered the size I normally wear. But when I got it, it was too small. You cannot return it; they tell you to pay money and get it altered. They say on their website, the dresses have a 1" variance so you can alter them. I will never buy another dress from them again.

I purchased a fancy prom dress for my daughter. With the price range, I am expecting a dress with decent quality and the dress should fit (with minor alteration if needed). Unfortunately, the dress we received was a disappointment. The bodice and the dress was way too long and the materials were so cheap. My daughter hated the dress when she tried in it. I emailed customer service right away and was first asked for a picture. Then they refused a refund and asked me to take it to a local tailor for alteration and offered only 10% of what I pay as a compensation. As I continue to ask for a full refund, they continue to push back, told me there is a 15% restocking fee (not even mentioned in the refund policy)and I will pay for the shipping. Then the next email is even more ridiculous. They said they will give me 70%of the item as a coupon for future purchase. I was shocked because it was by far the worst online purchase experience I have had. Heck no… after this first dress, I will make sure I won't get more dress from this company in the future, so this coupon is useless. After many emails exchange, I still cannot get my refund. I will not recommend this online store to anyone. Stay away!

Unsatisfied. Dress is not like picture the train is way shorter, no buttons down the back as shown. Very low low budget material.

Looking forward to ordering a dress for September wedding

I ordered dress 4 my daughter. Came in nice dress. But per picture on website didn't not show on a person. To much cleavage showing 4 my daughter school on March 31 asked 4 return emailed back they said ok with 15% restock fee ok fair enough have emailed them 4 days now in a row for the paperwork and return address never heard from the company.
