No difficulty choosing what I wanted. Guidelines provided on how to measure to get correct sizes

They won't let me return this item even though their website says they're allowed.

I tried to cancel this as soon as I hit submit and realized there was nowhere to enter my measurements as stated on the website. It was days before I heard from customer service that my item had shipped which I knew wouldn't fit. I tried to cancel again in communication and just not accept the package. Again, I didn't hear.
I am now selling the dress on marketplace because it doesn't fit and is very uncomfortable.

Easy and get it fit perfectly and fast process to this is my second dress that I ordered from hebeos

This company is a ripoff. They will not provide a return address to return the cheaply made dress and instead offered me $17 and the ability to donate the dress. Unacceptable!

The dress is irregular and fits poorly. The customer service is terrible. I have been trying to send this product back and there seems to be no return policy.

The detailing was very satisfactory!

Honestly… the dresses I purchased fit very weird. One was way too small on the top (I'm not heavy cheated) and huge on the bottom - the pic makes it look fitted all around.

The other dress fell right off me.

Their sizes are extremely inconsistent.

Now they're making it impossible to return the dresses.

The entire process was blissfully effortless! Except me choosing the dress of course until I came across THIS ONE! After that all other fav's got deleted immediately! The ordering was painless, the shipping and delivery was actually a little ahead of schedule! My entire experience was beautiful and easy and I REALLY wasn't expecting it to be that easy! Then when I got the dress IT WAS EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON AND FITS PERFECTLY! HANDS DOWN best and easiest experience I've ever had and at such a stressful time for probably the most stressful item of my entire life, I couldn't be happier!

I don't know why even wasting my time writing something in here because I know no one would even care what I write here never received my dress that I paid $174 dollars for I have tons of e-mail no one I mean no one even ever bother to respond so this company is no good.

Scam site! Dresses are cheap and not even close to correct sizing!
Don't waste your money and the returns are impossible!

Ordered a size 10 dress. The day it came, I took it out, it didn't really look like the picture. I tried it on and found it didn't fit. I initiated a return, but soon found out that the company doesn't do returns, they just keep sending emails asking for pictures and measurements and this and that, they do everything except give you the return address.

We ordered a dress in 2 sizes for my daughter's prom. There's nothing wrong with the dresses. She just doesn't like them and they're not flattering on her. I'm being told that I cannot return them, which is ridiculous. Why would I spend $100's of dresses online if I didn't think I could return them if she didn't like them? If I don't receive return/refund instructions by tomorrow morning, I'll be writing lots of negative reviews and comments on every Facebook add I see.
