Horrible customer service - do not buy from this website. If you have a choice do not spend your money here. Very low quality and you will have a terrible time returning the dress. I do NOT recommend this website and the dresses.

I will never but anything in this website again, the dress I bought it's horrible and the return policy is so disappointing. Disgusting material and it's not the same as the picture or videos they show. HORRIBLE

They don't honor their return policy. Terrible service to not honor the 14 day return policy and they only communicate by email, and not very timely.

I ordered and paid for express shipping my daughters prom dress never came and I've tried asking for a refund and nobody has gotten back to me. I didn't get a tracking number no updates just emails asking how I liked the dress that I never received. I'm very disappointed I wanted to purchase my wedding dress from here but I will never shop here again after this experience.

DRESSES is elegant and beautiful. Fabric is of great quality. Placed order March 17th and received it April 6th.

Brighter than expected and to much material overlapping the thigh area of the dress

Customer service is a joke. First, they do not allow you for extra explanations when purchasing the dress, which could be used to add additional measurements or other requirements.
My dress specifically is late, and when requesting an explanation -I´ve sent more than 5 emails over several days, but only received two answers-, all I got were emails with "do not worry, the dress will be there on time". The dress will now not be here on time for my wedding and I have had to buy a second dress. They do not give a possibility for a refund either, which means I flushed 250 quids down the toilet. I am posting this on Youtube and all social media I can think of. I am extremely unhappy with the service and do not recommend Hebeos to anyone.

We found this website on Facebook. My daughter had explained to me earlier in the day what she wanted her prom dress to look like. When I saw Hebeos on Facebook I immediately saw the dress she was wanting. I felt so relieved knowing that I wasn't going to have to go shopping for a dress. We ordered it that night and the price for the dress was very cheap compared to ones I saw that morning in a store.

Total garbage. And the website is in china which they don't say until you have to talk to them.

Reached out to Heboes via email as stated to return the dress I ordered. Explained that I didn't like how dress looked on me and wish to return. I got an email back saying "
So sorry to hear the order doesn't meet your expectations.

Please kindly send pictures to show us the problem exactly.
We need to make records. After confirmation in 6-24 hours, we will resolve the matter for you accordingly.
Your cooperation would be much appreciated"
My response was" The whole thing is you have to order to try on to see if you like dress on. I didn't like the way it looked on me so I want to return it. Why do you need pictures…the dress is beautiful just not on me!" Just got the following from Heboes" I am so sorry we don't allow free return in this case, each of our dress is made on demand, return dresses is useless for us.

We will refund 5% dress price to you if you keep the dress, please consider our proposal, thanks."

I responded with" This is not a custom made dress!

I bought another dress from AZAZIE and I returned it with a 5% restock fee with ZERO ISSUES!

Every time I have tried to return any dresses I have purchased and that has been 4 I cannot get any return information.

They do not stand behind there word. They dress is to tight and has a terrible order. I ask for a return label and refund and they are not sending one as of yet. They offered 10 percent off to have it altered not possible and the cleaners can't guarantee to get the order out.

Time was important for me and they didnt disappoint me. I also changed my mind a lot about the color I chose and they were patient and were able to give me what I wanted in the end

I purchased my product a month ago and have yet to receive it (I was supposed to receive last week at the latest) and nobody will tell me what the hold up is

I need a refund and to return and to return the dress

We received a totally different dress. We didn't receive the dress that we wanted and ordered. The flowers on the dress and the color were different. I'm grateful my daughter is open minded.

We ordered wrong size and customer service was very helpful with changing to right size! The dress and jewelry both very beautiful! Will order again!
