From beginning to end they did very well with communication. I just wish they had a customer service number instead of waiting around for an email. Once I told them I'd need my dress back by a certain day they expedited it and I received it as promised. Good job guys

Dresses didn't fit as measurements noted online. I've been trying to get return form. Having a hard time. I'm now getting frustrated. I should be able to return the dresses (same size) that did not fit correctly per online measures. I keep asking and I keep getting questions. Pls send me retune form asap!

My experience was good. Communication was on point and the shipping was fast for custom dresses. I should have added extra inches in questionable areas.

My dress was too small and they refused to take it back. They just wanted to give me a 70% coupon for the "value " of my dress

It doesn't allow you to see all the color options as a dresses.

Refusal to let me return and exchange or refund! Saying based on my measurements, the dress should fit well! It does not! It zips just past my waist but no further and the breast pads are WAY too high!

This was actually my first time purchasing a dress from Hebeos so I'm truly satisfied!

Purchased a dress, when I received it, it was bad quality and the top was an awkward shape. The vendor gave me a hard time about returning even though the dress hadn't been tailored. They ultimately agreed to an 85% refund but I had to pay for shipping. The cheapest shipping to China I found cost $85. I'm now stuck with a dress I'll never use because it wasn't worth it to return.

My lining was longer than the lace all around the front of the dress and I was not happy with the overall dress!

Dress came.quickly and was such a great quality.Would highly recommend!

I was really skeptical ordering a dress online without my daughter being able to try it on first. She was actually the one who found the website and pushed for me to buy her a prom dress online this year! She has a big bust and that always presents a challenge for her. But I was pleasantly surprised when she tried it on and it fit beautifully! She loves it! And it came a little earlier than anticipated, so that's always a plus! Thank you so much! The price was reasonable and the selection was nice.

Horrible experience, my daughter dress didn't fit even though we went up a size, the cut was off at the front, rhinestones falling and breast cup was way too small. The sizing chart was closed followed in the order. No we left with our dress and having issue getting our full refund. And the customer keep going back and forth to issuing the refund. I am never ordering from the online retailer again.
