Horrible. Customer service/returns do not exist. Site is a scam! You can not make returns. Their policy is a lie.
It is absolutely ridiculous to spend tons of money on a dress when these are amazing and you're only going to wear them for a few hours.
Purchased the standard size that was to be 33 1/2 inches across the bust. It arrived at 36. Definitely does not work. Emailed within hours of receiving to request a return. Received one email back saying they look into it, I haven't heard back anything since. Growing concerned.

I ordered my wedding dress from here on January 3rd and we're now about to enter May. I was in contact multiple times asking them to figure out what was going on as there hadn't been any shipment updates and the shipping dates had come and gone. They just sent me the same shipping status I could see and asked me to be patient. Well I was more than patient. I contacted them asking for a refund and they decided to investigate FINALLY and they located the dress. I am no longer interested and am moving so I will not even be here to receive it. I told them no i want a refund and let them know I couldn't even receive it. They told me well we can do a partial refund because we will be out the dress and the money. I said have them ship it back to you. They then said now I have to pay the import tax when it arrives to get the item. Again I do not want the item, nor will I be able to receive it. I hoped the company would stand by their guarantee of a fast and reliable delivery and customer oriented focus but clearly all they care about is the money they make. I've given the company many times to right their wrong and they're simply not interested and don't care. I had to buy a different dress for my wedding so that was an additional cost to me because of them as well. I would NEVER recommend them and I hope everyone stays away. This was the worst buying experience.
Very different experience from 4 yrs ago. Our custom dress the first time around was perfect, this time it was so oversized that we need to have it altered locally now just so that the dress won't fall off. Paying extra for custom measurements but then can't return according to their policy.
Not very well. The dress came late and now the wedding is a week away and I cannot use this dress as it doesn't look good on me and not what I expected. I have asked for a refund and haven't heard back. Please advice how i return the dress and receive my refund.
I ordered the incorrect size the first time around, and when I attempted to return it, they explained that there would be a 15% restocking fee (which is completely understandable) and I'd have to pay the postage to return it (also completely understandable). The final sentence of the email said, "We're willing to refund you 13% of the dress purchase price for compensation."
Let's be honest. That's not even worth the postage. I'll sell it online.
