Dress arrived very poorly stitched. Awaiting to return.

Waiting for a reply on my return request. Sent it on Friday and have not heard nor received any reply.

I ordered a dress. It does not fit. Size runs small. I am having a terrible time trying to return the product.

Return policy is shady, and does not address the dissatisfaction of a customer and the return is totally up to them. Dresses are subpar.

I placed an order for my daughter's prom dress a week ago and they still haven't even processed the order. We ordered the dress in 2 sizes because I can't get her measurements anywhere on their sizing chart. They have refused to send me the 2 dresses - which I paid for, because they only want to send one dress. Every day they email me telling me to pick a size and I keep telling them to send my order as is because their shipping takes too long to get here and we don't have time to return it if it doesn't fit.

The dress came quick but it didn't fit me (it was too big) and i did a customized order, i also got the dress in a different color. I wanted emerald green but i got reg green instead.

No one has responded to me requesting a label to return this dress, it's nothing like the pic, it looks cheap.

I ordered from Heboes, received my confirmation email, received an email that I had been charged for the item, and then received an email that my item was in 'tailoring' phase, and then the next email I received was confirming delivery, which never happened. I've repeatedly sent emails explaining that I never received the item (with no reply), and now I keep receiving emails to review the item. Seems like a scam to me

DONT PURCHASE! This is another scam from China! Took me almost a week to get a response when they only allow two weeks to submit a return. Then wanted pictures of the reason for my return before they would ever send a return label! I just wanted to return the dresses because they were past the date of our prom. It was a nightmare!. The return policy is useless!

Because the dress was unable to be worn (too small) on the date it was needed for, it was not a great experience.

Upon carefully measuring, we received the gown and it was too small.
