Mailed 3 times before someone answered my email regarding a refund for a stained dress.

I loved all the dresses i saw on my instagrams from hebeos. I messed up the sizing of my dresses which was probably my fault. The dresses would have been great if they fit.

It was easy to order and get the dresses. Turns out to be a lot harder to return them for whatever reason.

Too small! 3 sizes too small! Want my money back. It's easy to order but impossible to get a refund.

User friendly mobile site and shipping was super fast

The dress ordered does not look like the picture on the website. The entire make of the dress is different. And no that I am trying to return the dress I'm being met with much difficulty. It takes days for responses and each response I get is absolutely no help in getting the time sent back. I keep getting short responses that ask for more info, pics, measurements, offers for discounts on next purchases, I even received a response that mentioned "if I kept the dress" I'd get a discount. I have reiterated again and again that I do not wish to keep the dress. This process had made it so that I never want to use this website again, honestly. Frustrated is an understatement.

I'm just very disappointed that the beautiful dress that I saw online and ordered, isn't the shade of pink that arrived. I'm working toward a return and my money back.

Disappointed as item had to be returned - too big.

The measurement were on point did have to size up but you couldn't tell it was comfortable and good quality material!

Shopping at Hebeos has been a great experience, the dresses i have ordered so far are good quality and the delivery come on time.

The website is nice. Although it's not helpful that you can't see all the dress Color's or close ups.

Delivery took longer than expected but the dress is pretty. Slightly tight due to measurements being off.

The dress is heavy, not as long as expected and the arms are tight.

Loved that the dresses came on time! I was scared they would be poorly made, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I am so excited to have found Hebeos. I work in costuming for Opera productions and absolutely love that Hebeos can do custom sizing. The products come in a timely manner, the fabrics are quality and the structure of the garments are sturdy. I love the generous selection of beautiful gowns for all sizes.

The dress was very disproportionate. Inches of extra material at the top that eoukd have required hundreds of dollars on alterations. Just barely fit on the bottom.
The company gave me an address in CHINA to return the dress. After I sent the tracking number they sent me a different address?! The worst experience.

I love the veil. I was informed it was chapel length and it is actually cathedral. Thankfully, my seamstress is able to fix it.

So easy to order and delivered in a surprisingly short time. Very pleased and happy!

Great communication and fast turnaround. Will definitely order again.
