No response for issues, they ignore all attempts to return

Perfect fit even if it was not exactly like the picture

So many choices! The options and colors easily beat retail dress stores.

My daughter loves the dress. She had first saw a dress on another website. But then she came across this site and fell in love with the dress.

I purchased a dress for daughters wedding. I ordered dress according to my size. Dress didn't fit, it seems like there chart size is Not what the dress size was.
I contacted them regarding issues & they asked me to take pictures,so they may see problem.
I sent pictures & asked for a return ticket. They told me to see if a tailer can fix it. I consulted in a tailor & they sad its impossible, there's No extra material as Hebeos mentioned to even work on dress.
Hebeos just wants to give me a 100% coupon for next order.

There NOT BEING FAIR OR COOPERATIVE with me & won't refund me. I will persue it further, to get my money back.
Now I have to spend extra money to find another dress for wedding in 2 weeks.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast…attempting to reach customer service was difficult. No number to call.

Trying to return as it doesn't look like website and hangs funny bc of the bunching on side

Never received dress and no red from company does not recommend

I ordered a maid of honor dress based on the picture online and the one I got does not look at all like the one I ordered. I sent images and a request to exchange or return, and after a week of silence was offered a 20% refund and told I could donate or resell the dress. Yikes! I'll have to look elsewhere based on how long everything has taken with still no resolve!

Such an easy way of shopping a beautiful dress! Plenty to choose from, both in regards of models and colors.

Requested to have my first dress made tea length and had email confirmation it would be done. Received it and it was not altered at all. Provided a discount to order again and the dress came in at knee length and not tea length. Still cute and will still wear it. Customer service got back to me fairly quickly and shipping was fairly quick as well.

The measurements and dress came great, shipping too

I would like more communication in regards to my refund request due to damage dresses

I started getting some text wanting me to respond for a delivery. It was labeled as a company I never heard of. I thought they were some type of fraud. I looked it up and it talked about there being some fraud cases. So I didn't respond to the text deleted and reported as junk. I was told i would get an email re: deliveries. So certainly wasn't expecting text labeled as some type of trading market and DHL Express. I was confused. In a couple days there was a DHL Express van delivering my dress.
I'd have to say going by measurements given and I normally wear a 14 I ordered a size up because better a little big and have altered if need be than too small cause can't add to for enlarging.
Not sure what I'm going to do. I don't want to have to pay a ridiculous to ship it back. I knew I was going to need alteration done for the length but wasn't expecting to need enlargement. So in that aspect I'm a little disappointed. The dress is the color I need and a beautiful dress. Other than too small and pleating in the FRONT CENTER disfigured looking crease wrinkles that don't flow with the rest of the pleating.

Not at all like I thought the dress would be. My daughter said I can't wear it to her wedding. I need to return the dress.

I need a return label. I have no answer.

Placed the order on April 18. It was delivered May 2 and I immediately tried it on. Unfortunately it did not fit. I filled out the contact request the very next day...and had not heard back. I filled out the return card a second time and a third time, knowing I had a short window for returns. It wasnt until May 9 that someone finally replied to tell me that my purchase was not eligible for a refund (despite the refund policy stating we had 7 days to file a return). It has been a terrible experience.

I followed directions for a return and never heard back. Still waiting.

It was easy to order and the dress came sooner than expected.
