Dress was made and delivered pretty quickly. The color was very different that what was shown on the website. Would not recommend getting colors that are not neutral or basics (black, white, navy, etc.) The fake/ CGI are misleading. Craftsmanship is ok some of the sequin are a bit loose, and they substituted rhinestones for sequin (probably more cost effective and quicker turn around time to make the dress).
Order specially tailored for me. And the delivery was fast. Dress is very beautiful.

When I saw this dress on the website it looked really pretty and I thought it would be a good fit but it took a long to get here and the damn dress didn't even fit I couldn't zip it up and the fabric was trash and now I can't even return it because I'm not paying more money to send it back.
Product was nothing like the advertised dress. Material was different and fit was too small even with taking proper measurements

Do not buy from this site unless you are 100% sure you want the dress! NO MATTER WHAT they will not accept the return. The absolute most they'll offer is a 20% refund. Absolutely ridiculous and a total SCAM! The dress didn't cover my chest like it did in the photo and I gave them a photo to prove it and they told me to go spend more $$$$ at a tailor!
I read the return policy and it said if it didn't meet your requirements you could return within 14 days. I will never recommend this website to anyone!
Our experience was pleasant. The gown is elegant, beautiful, well made and the sizing is perfect. It's quite long, but we'll have it shortened. My daughter loves her prom dress.
