Dress fabric is very pretty. Buttons on the back add beautiful detail. However the skirting underneath is uncomfortable and bunches up very oddly. The dress is okay. No problems with order or shipping. Dress is worth the price, but be prepared to put a little work in to make a little something a little something extra :)
This site doesn't disclose they are located in China. They don't really honor their return policy as outlined on their website until a few back and forth's with them in which after they agree to accept the return they will disclose their address is in China which has a huge shipping back cost for the customer and of course this will not be refunded. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.
Funny they write they are glad we reached a satisfactory resolution. For who? For them probably not for me. They only agreed to give me a partial refund since there was nothing else I could do. If I ship the item back it will be worse It will cost me in the end more money and now I have an item that's not what we ordered originally and I am stuck with it. This company really SUCKS! Don't waste your money and time with them. I will NEVER NEVER order from them again.

The website had so many dresses to choose from, and the pictures were really well done
Poor and delayed customer service. Requested how to return an item that did not fit and cannot use for the event it was purchased for. No where on the site says all sales final and even prompt you to reach out to request for a return. Was told I should tailor it and they closed out my ticket. Will be disputing charges for this purchase but am happy to return the item in its brand new untouched condition
Horrible experience, they advertise worry free returns but it is far from it. I got poor quality dresses with awkward fit and have been unable to return because they refuse to send return authorization. Now exploring avenues for claims with credit card since Hebeos customer service is awful
I was VERY apprehensive about ordering on line after reading so many bad reviews on other sites. But I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. Quality is great and dress fits everywhere except the chest. I have an appointment for alterations to take in the chest next week. Since it's a beach wedding and I'll be barefoot I need it hemmed and I think I'll add a slit up the side while I'm at it. But over all great experience and good quality. No need to hesitate when ordering from them.

Genuinely disgraceful quality of clothing. THESE ARE NOT INDIVIDUALLY MADE! I've never seen such poor quality clothing in my life. It looks like I've bought these dresses from a costume shop. The fabric of both dresses is extremely poor and looks almost like plastic! This cheap polyester makes the dresses look tacky, cheap and unlike the photos. Furthermore, the tailoring is disgraceful. One dress is huge and the other is too tight. The hemlines are poorly sewn and the shapes of the dresses do not match the silhouettes shown in the photos because of where the shoddy stitching. I'm 100% sure these were not personalised or tailored in any way whatsoever.
A tailor would be mortified at this craftsmanship. The seams don't line up, the fabric feels like plastic and the measurements are off. I'm also convinced the blue dress is a dress that someone else returned to them as it seems to have already been worn.
Finally, the cheek of sending these dresses in the smallest, squashed up and cellotaped bag via EVRI for £29.60 is disgraceful. The parcel will have cost no more than £6.
I've now been told that I need to post the dresses back to CHINA and also read many reviews on https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/hebeos.uk of people being scammed, ignored after sending their parcels back to the factory in China.
I wish I'd never bought these dresses.
Easy to order. Prompt response and delivery. Well packed. Good Quality sewing. Hard to tell from the pictures how see through the fabric is and no close ups to show more clearly. On the right person this would be a lovely dress.

I ordered from them 2-3 weeks ago. I just checked the order status. My dress has been sent to a completely different state. I'm in Vermont. My dress was delivered in Boston. My address was added during the process of ordering THREE TIMES. ZERO EXCUSE. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I had a very bad experienced. I purchased 3 dresses and all came with manufacturing mistakes and poor quality. Hebeos refuses to return my money and instead is offering a % discount on my next purchase. Hebeos solution is that i keep the dresses and get them fixed. Do not purchase from this website.

Dress is beautiful don't get me wrong. The color palette it's totally off. I ordered a sage green dress and received a lime green dress almost mint color sparkle glittery looks like Tinker Bell's dress.
