I can't get any communication from the company. I want to return the dress because it doesn't fit me. They won't email me back and tell me where to return it and about refunding me.

The dress came on time, and looks exactly like the picture I got the emerald green version it looks great the only thing is that the train on this dress is very serious lol but it's very beautiful and looks exactly like the picture

This is the absolute worst company to buy from! Very poor customer service. They will not take any dress back and refuse to refund your money. Even if you follow their return policy that they have posted on their website it doesn't matter will not refund your money or take the dress back. If you are not satisfied with the dress or the dress does not fit properly you are stuck with it. They will stop responding to your emails and ignore you. Received my dress. It is a beautiful dress, material is soft and not bad quality. But the sizing is off, not true to size, fits small. I am a size 14 so I ordered a size 16 to avoid a small fit, but the dress is still too small.

Horrible experience. I will never buy again. Paid $181 for the dress. Tried to cancel it the very next day and I was told that my refund would only be $34. Your company took my money. I saved all my emails so I can post with my negative review

I got myself fitted by professionals to make sure I get my perfect dress, used the sizing chart and the dress still came 4 sizes bigger than the sizing chart.

I want to return my product because it was way too big and it's been ten days since I've messaged them.

Was devastated when I realize was stuck with a dress that did not fit
They did however tell me to keep it and eould give me store credit for full amount

My experience has been horrible to date. 0 out of 5 stars. I have been requesting a refund for over a week now and no response. I sent them pictures as they asked and haven't heard back since. Never, ever again.
