I want to return the product, but I have not heard back. I have 14 days, but I need to know how to return it.

The dress was not the correct color and of poor quality. Did not match the picture. I asked for a refund, customer service offered 15%, then a 70% voucher. When I told them that their website states they offer a full refund if the color is incorrect, they ignored me. I sent three follow up emails and they ignored me. This website is a scam and if it is legit, they have the worst customer service.

Being the first time with this site, they were extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process.

Overall experience is ok. They reply to emails and accomodate customers.

I have not received my dresses it has been about a month since I ordered

Dress is very good quality. Looks exactly like the picture. Very happy with purchase.

The product was honestly better than I expected. Loved the dress but it doesn't quite fit. I've been sending in a request daily to ask for a return as the return policy said that you could within 14 days if you submitted a request - day 3 of waiting for a response. But had it fit, I would have been very happy with it.

After it was delivered it was fast. But the quality was not consistent thru the entire dress

Dress arrived 3 weeks late, not in time for Event. No response from Cust. Service for updates of status.
Worse, now trying to return the unused dress in original condition with tags, and they will not respond to my requests to provide me with their required Return Form and Shipping Label. I'm worried I will run out of time, based on their return policy, to get the dress shipped back for a full refund. They are non-responsive and the whole situation feels sketchy

I was excellent! I daughter was the one the purchased it.

The dress, veil, shoes, and jewelry were all placed in a compressed bag and when I opened it, it was so wrinkled and out of shape it did not look like the dress I had ordered. The dress and veil are currently being pressed at the drycleaners and are costing me an additional $100.00! This is after paying $56.00 in shipping. I am very dissatisfied with the dress's care and pray that it will look like the dress I ordered once it is pressed. Plan when you get your dresses to be having to pay out an additional amount of money to get your dress pressed because they come wrinkled up so bad that they do not even look like the dress you ordered. Very dissatisfied at this point! The wedding is only a few weeks away and hoping and praying the dress comes back to me looking like it should have come in the mail.

When I made the complaint about the end of the hook. I wasn't help. They just said buttos were decorative and don't have to be joined. I wrote a bad review on thier page, and it wasn't ever published it. It runs small, and comany won't exchange or refund, if doesn't fit. Finally, yesterday I got an email saying, I'm getting 20% off, as I way of compensations.

Custom length of dress was spot on! One of the most pleasurable, experiences I've had in buying this gown as a gift for my wife, for our 50th wedding anniversary, she looks so beautiful in it! Thanks so much for everything, will never forget this experience! Manuel

First of all, my dress came from china, which I didn't know, so it took much longer than I thought. Second, the dress does not really fit good on the right places and looks cheap. The color is also different then on the picture.

The dress is too small I've emailed about a return label and haven't heard anything.

Was nothing like the website said. Responds to customers late.

I received the dress and I do not like how it fits, and I need to return it. The illusion fabric comes thrugh as to brown instead of white.

Website was easy, this dress is for my daughters wedding -Bought for youngest daughter as the bridesmaid and bride says this was nothing as she picture the dress to be was thick, neck is small so think about the size of your neck when ordering, color was more of a peach vs a soft pink
