I ordered a dress for my prom and even paid the extra for the custom sizing. Instead of a red dress that fit I got a green one that was too big. I've tried to follow the instructions to return the dress and they have yet to reach out to start the process (as of right now I have sent a total of 5 emails and nothing). It's just sad because I tried seeing if it was a reliable site on YouTube and it seemed like it was, but IT ISN'T DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Received the dress with a terrible color match. Reached out to customer service and still waiting for a response after two days (the website says they respond within 24 hrs). Two days and still waiting.

I was skeptical about buying since it is a knock off dress website, and I was worried about receiving it in time. But I actually received it early and everything was updated as it was being made and when it was shipped. I will order from them again. The dress is good quality. It was a little big, but that's ok I can have it altered

I ordered 3 wedding dresses, standard size 8 no alterations, nothing... I was under the impression if they didn't work or didn't fit, I could pay shipping again and return...NO! They say these dresses were custom fit, How can that be when they didn't even have my measurements...PLEASE do NOT ORDER from this website.Its a FRAUD and if what you ordered is too small or too big then YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT... As a single working mother, its hard to come up with that kind of money to just be RIPPED OFF.

Overall satisfied customer service is great and dress is beautiful. I ordered the wrong color so I emailed for a change of color which was granted and received a beautiful dress quickly.

It does not fit, but it is a beautiful gown. I loved it.

I love the dress it was made of great quality, however once I received it the dress did not go well with my body so I found another dress with Hebos I'd like to get once I return this one

I have yet to receive a response from the support email after several emails and several days. I'm not sure if I am even going to receive my dresses. Don't fall for their trap. I will never order from here again. I now have no dress for my big day.
