Every other wedding dress site I looked at, in person or online, had dresses that fit one of these categories: 1. Disappointed prom queen; 2. Slutty cheerleader; 3. Tacky cougar woman

What I wanted: elegant mother of the bride.

The difficulty was in choosing which one!

For a dress that I will wear, possibly one time, this one is elegant, timeless, modest and in the color palette my Daugher was wanting, without sacrificing my dignity or taste!

Yes, Hebebos cost a little more than "azazie" and "David's Bridal"; but you offer more options with more elegance than anyone else.

Who knows, maybe I will keep it in the closet for my sons' weddings?

I went with the full custom sizing, knowing that I would likely need to tweak a little here or there. Most of the challenging bits are taken care of, and with a hack at the waistline, it fits like a dream!

Easy online pick, simple purchase, short wait. The dress itself is exactly what I was expecting, although it was a higher quality than I originally presumed it would be. It's white, flowing, kinda heavy and absolutely lovely

I ordered 2 dresses for my senior prom. I paid an extra 42 dollars for the epidited shipping. The dress arrived 3 days after my prom. They offered me a 13% refund. So not only did i spend 353 on this site i had to buy another dress which one 258 2 days before my prom. Very unsatisfied with the service,

The delivered was good but too big the material was good but not like in the photo

I bought 3 prom dresses for my daughter to try on and none of them fit her properly. We tried to return them (exactly the way we bought them) with the tags on and the customer service would not accept the returns until I threatened to cancel the charge with my credit card company. I advise that you read the refund policy CAREFULLY - AND THE SMALL PRINT. I spent over $504 on dresses and got $380 back after two weeks of going back and forth with customer service. In addition, l spent $89 to return the dresses to China. Trust me, I wouldn't have gotten anything back if I didn't use a credit card and know my rights as a cc customer. Lastly, customer service takes days to get back to you and when you tell them the dress does not fit, they want pictures of why it doesn't fit, and trust me, it is VERY difficult to get a refund if you simply don't like the way a dress fits you. You have to prove to them that the dress is the wrong cut/size. Will not be shopping her ever again!

Easy to shop and nice quality dress. I love it. Will wear it to a special event

This is the second dress I have bought for my daughter from Hebeos. Each has been exactly what she wanted, great quality, and the alteration option is amazing and accurate.

I ordered 2 dresses. One was wrong. So I'm returning both. Didn't love the material. But they are pretty and fit nice

It's very hard to choose colors because you can't see the colors offered in the images when you try and select one. Other sites will allow that.

Did not get order. Tracking says it was delivered but it was not

Great purchase. Good quality. But the fit is not perfect. I read that they leave extra material in case it needs tailoring which is a plus. Forced me to do that or lose weight.

Ordered 2 dresses, one never received, one is a wrong size and fit and wanted to return it. But this company is difficult to work with. And does not make the return process easy for a customer. I've already emailed them about not receiving one of the dress I ordered, they never addressed my concern and ignored it.

The other dress I DID received, I need to make a return due to a wrong size and fit is weird on me. But they require you to do extra work such as take a picture of where it's a wrong fit and your correct measurement. But why? I provided a feedback and all they have to do is process the return and refund.

Took more than 2 weeks to get here but it's too small & I'm a C cup & ordered a C cup but@ least 2 cups too small

I am still waiting on a prom dress ordered in early April. I paid for expedited shipping too, to be sure the dress came in time. The final arrival date quoted was April 27 (yesterday) and I still have no idea when the dress will arrive. Customer service is awful. It takes them about 2-3 days to respond and even then, I am not getting and clear answers as to when the dress will arrive. Awful experience!

I received the dress. It does not look or fit like the online picture. I've reached out to return the dress and all I'm getting in response is send pictures and we'll give you a discount if you keep the dress. I don't want the dress. I paid $109 for a dress that my daughter does not like. This is why I do not like to buy clothes online but I couldn't find what I needed in the local clothing stores. I will never use this site again.

The dress is completely different than the one ordered
