Very good material, shipped fast, not itchy, good color

I had no issues with finding my dress. It was very easy to navigate through the website. The dress was also very affordable.

I used the size charts but the dress sizes run small. I can not wear it

J'ai reçu dans le bon délai la robe commandée. C'est bien la couleur choisie, le tissu est de bonne qualité et les finitions sont bien faites. Mais je flotte dans la robe qui m'a été envoyée alors que j'ai donné et payé pour préciser mes mesures. Je n'ai plus de temps pour renvoyer la robe et je vais donner à la retouche et payer des frais supplémentaires pour porter cette robe dans 2 semaines

I hope as many people read this a nobody else buy ever again here. They wont do returns even tho they have a policy of returns where it says you have 14 days to contact them. Clothes are very cheap made and you won't receive what you're seeing on the web's picture. Terrible customer service they won't help with anything in your order. This is a scam website don't fall for it.

Great communication, a bit slower on the shipping than listed but still within reason and the company responded when I emailed them.

The dress was not at all what the picture perceived. The tulle on the bottom was sewn in the wrong direction. The spaces between tulle are big and it us very visible from a distance as well as upclose.

Arrived in record time. The zipper is difficult the move. Gets caught in the fabric. I'm afraid it's going to tear the dress

I received the dress, however, it did not work, so I will be returning it

The site navigation was easy and the product is high quality. The only improvements I see possible would be to be able to see the color choices on the dress and a little more feedback after the order was placed. Progress reports, etc

The return policy is not clear, they pick and choose when they want to help despite the very vague return policy online. They will cause foreign transactions fees. Shipping is extremely expensive and customer service is not helpful. I would choose a US based, more trustworthy company for your special occasion

Fast excellent service. My dress is absolutely gorgeous high quality workmanship. Looking forward to the big day and couldn't be happier.

A complete Fraud! Run awayyyy! All they care about is collecting money and giving promises they can't make.
They sent me a dress wrong color and size is so big I tried to change it but they refused to return it and suggested I buy another one with discount so I did because I am tight in time based on their confirmation for arrival time and ability to do it on time.
After many many trials to reach someone at the end they said oh we can't make it on time making me spend over 200$ for nothing and end up running around trying to figure something out for my girl.
Tried to reach them in all ways but I couldn't

Very poor fabric quality and when I wrote to ask for a return, they just told me if I kept the item they gave me a 10% discount of the item.

I ordered 2 dresses in a standard size 18 for my son's wedding. One dress does not look good on me and I wish to return but now I b have to apparently jump through hoops to do so eventhough I am responsible for return shipping fees.

Terrible return policy and money down the drain for a dress that doesn't fit.

Not being able to return or exchange items that dont fit as expected is the main reason I would not shop here again.

Shipping was slow but overall I love Hebeos. Amazing dress and absolutely loved the color and texture
