Site, cost, dress - all perfect - with exception of size. Cut a bit smaller and am going to have to return and reorder larger size. Please advise how I can do that. Thank you.

My measurements were wrong. I measured myself twice. It was not an error on my part. The chest area looked awful and does not fit. It's too big. The length was fine. I can't wear this dress to my sister's wedding and wish I could get my money back. I know I can not because I paid for tailoring. Also the picture was misleading because it's an open back dress… I am too top-heavy to go without a bra. I was very disappointed in this dress.

I sent you a message a few days after my order was placed. I requested cancellation. Never heard a word back

At first I was nervous about my items, because I couldn't get into my account because I forgot my password and I tried to reset it but I wasn't able to get into the site. So I contacted the company and they responded back with the tracking details. I received my items just like the delivery time say I would. I'm so in love with my wedding dress. Thank you.

It's the second dress I've bought from them, very satisfied! I even had the second one tailored for me with some small modifications, very pleased!

I recommend ordering from Hebeos I love there materials. The ordered takes a little bit but its worth waiting for.

I never received a receipt when I purchased the 2 dresses for my daughter's wedding, so I wasn't sure if the order would even arrive. It did come in a few weeks and the reception dress was ok but I had to buy her a different wedding dress. The one we ordered from did not look as good as the picture portrayed. I knew I was taking a risk ordering online, I learned my lesson and will not be doing that ever again!

We bought a dress for the bride to be, it was a custom fit however, the size given to the website compared to the result that came in was horrendous. The waist and bust was 6 inches too long and wide. The dress was big enough for another person to fit into it with the bride herself. I definitely recommend staying far away from this website.

I am pleased with the dress, however I received it with two big stains on the bottom of the dress, exactly where the jacket does not cover the area, which worries and saddens me. Also, the dress is a bit too tight on my thighs, although I sent Hebeos a bigger size than the one I have. The model is excellent and looks very pretty on me. It will be my wedding dress.

Overall the dress is pretty, The only thing is it's too much you have to go through to contact customer service. I tried to contact you about a price adjustment because I found the same dress on Amazon for less

I ordered from this company a lot but this is the first dress I've ordered and was very disappointed about.

I went by their sizing chart and my dress arrived extremely large. 20 W. They don't do returns so now I'm stuck with a dress that's the size of a fitted bed sheet.

A bit disappointed. The fact that I'm having to jump through so many hoops to return my item and get my refund.

Doesn't fit in the upper chest area. Have to figure out alterations in time.
