Not good. My dress didn't look like the dress on the picture and neither did the color.

Hello - I have only received 1 out of the 3 dresses I ordered and there was no noticed that it was only 1 out of 3. Also missing the 2 tiara's and the hair comb I ordered. Please help. Thank you in advance. JL Jaissle

I ordered my dress in time and I need it here by October 8th for a wedding! IT HAS PASSED THE DELIVERY DATE AND I AM PANICKING! PLEASE FIX THIS MAKE THE DRESS COME FASTER OR SOMETHING OR ELSE I NEED A REFUND

I ordered a custom fit dress and it definitely was not custom fit. There was over an inch gap underneath both of my arms. I have measured myself in the past and got a custom dress perfectly fit to me so I was not expecting this.

Easy to order, measurement instructions were clear but the dress my daughter got was still a little long and we had to have it alerted locally.

They get the custom order right every time, even years later!

The dress was nothing like the dress in the picture, totally different, different style, different material and fabric. Very disappointed. I needed this dress for an event and I couldn't attend the event because the dress that came was a disaster. 0 stars. Do not order from here.

There was an anticipated date of arrival of the dress. I was hoping to see the dress before the week of Sept 14. However, the dress never arrived and I was married on Friday, September 19th. I have been charged for the dress and would expect a refund of $215.00

It was easy to shop on the websites. The main reason why I decided to purchase a dress there because it was affordable and the dress is beautiful, but I ended up going with a different dress that was cheaper

The dress is stunning. Customers sizing was on point. My daughter was tickled pink!

I ordered the dress two size but when I received it the material on the front around the chest area made me look way too big. I wanted to return it because I knew I wouldn't wear it. I had to pay 35 for shipping and another $32 to return. Just big waste of money for me.

While the garment is okay it fit me terribly and the zipper sticks. I wanted to return it but was basically denied. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY or beware if you do

This dress is beautiful; however, I thought I would look different in it. I've gained weight and can no longer fit the size I ordered but I don't think this style fits me.

The dress I ordered is not even close to the color it showed online. Will not be able to use it for the wedding in a few weeks.

I ordered my jacket, and put in all the measurements required. The jacket I received did not match the measurements that I put in therefore it was too large.

The dress fit as I expected and was impressed with the quality.

I was hesitant to buy something a dress online but all I can say is WOW! I bought this to celebrate our 25th anniversary! It's at the end of this month and I'm soooo excited! It's a stunning dress! I worried that it wouldn't look like the picture. I would highly recommend this dress! I will need to make a few minor alterations but other than that…. WOW! Just WOW! My husband will love it!
