I loved my dress! And everyone thought it looked great too. After sending in my measurements and selecting the rush order... it came in two weeks. Which was right on time for my middle school prom. And since I decided to be very extra and go all out I came to the realization that it was very heavy and somewhat difficult to manage when moving from place to place. Especially when trying to dance. But overall I loved the dress and how it looked!

Good customer service. Was very nervous about ordering online right before the event. I also was afraid of my measurements being off so asked to add a few inches to some of the submitted numbers. Everything was taken care of and sent in a timely manner. I was so nervous about color, fabric, fit, I imagined everything going wrong. But it arrived and its GORGEOUS! My first custom dress from here and definitely NOT the last! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I love the dress because of its rich texture. Very beautiful and stunning, it could be worn for ballroom, pageant or prom dress. My daughter will wear for prom. It is off-the-shoulder, but you don't worry about any bra. It is designed with existing breast holder.

I purchased a prom dress from this site but when i recieved it the design was good however it did not fit me even though i put the measurments in. I message them begging if i could return it as i had prom in 12 days amd they just said 'return is not avaiable in this case' i just want to return my dress and get a bigger one and i didnt mind paying extra cost so i dont see the harm in that

Excellent purchase, I did custom order it though. But it fits perfectly and the dress looks exactly like the picture, if not prettier, very dressy/grand look. Great customer service from Hebeos.

Purchased a dress for my daughter when I received it it was not as pictured and was way too big (went off their size chart) and there was a defect in the fabric. I contacted them the next day asking to return they asked for pictures I sent them got an email saying they would refund 5% which is $2.50. I refused quoted their return policy and that I filled exactly what it said but got an offer for 10% then 15 then 25 currently at 30%. Do not buy from them it says its a UK company but billing only the dress came straight from Hong Kong so buyer beware I was lay told to take it for alterations what they are offering to refund would not even cover them and a seamstress said the material underneath is damage cant fix.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND QUALITY. This dress is stunning! I was worried it wasnt going to come in on time but I emailed the company and they rushed the delivery for me without charge. I would 100% recommend this dress, especially for the price!
