Prettier in person! Train was alot longer so I had to get it altered but besides that it's beautiful!

My daughter ordered a dress for her prom and it didnt fit and was cheaply made so we contacted customer service the same day we received it and they would not send us a return authorization. I had to go out and purchase another dress for her. Bad business, inferior product, high shipping charges and really long delivery time! Anyone giving 5 stars has to be giving fake reviews! Seriously take heed and order from a reputable company!

Did not like as it was not as pictured. Plus, the fit was absolutely not flattering and too loose. So, I followed the guidelines and contacated support services to initiate a return. Oh My GOD... the process was so frustrating, ridiculous, and time consuming. I must have sent 10 emails requesting a refund. They asked for a picture of the dress, then measurements of my waist, bust and hips. Then asked me to do alterations. This was their solution and specifically notated in email that I cannot get a refund. Such bad business ethics. I could not even talk to a live person. At that point, I realized I was not getting anywhere obtaining a refund. So, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Now, they will have to deal with Chase.

This business is absurd. It is ridiculous to have to send 10 emails to request a refund. What kind of online store doesn't have a business address nor a phone number. I realized in the beginning that contact information is not available. However, I honestly thought that upon receiving the order, I'll have contact information not a robot. Bad Bad Bad business model.

Wonderful dress which I am going to wear for my prom, went for one of the standard sizes and excellent fit!

Such a pretty dress. Amazing customer service definitely appreciates that :p I got it custom fit and its great. Great dress for my senior prom!

I bought three dresses and paid almost $400. These were "trial" dresses for my maid of honor to see if we could order bridesmaid dresses through the website. One dress came damaged (the "belt" was glued on and had come off during shipping and the two others didn't come close to fitting when we already sized up the order...). I emailed them the DAY the dresses came and here I am several emails later and they will not refund or initiate a return, even for the damaged dress!

Received the dress yesterday. I love the detail on the dress a lot. The dress is just exactly what I was looking for. Can't wait to wear it at the ball! I am so excited. :)

This is a beautiful dress! It is good quality and is very elegant. I was very pleased with the dress. I would highly recommend it!

I ordered a beautiful gown, size 14W, for my sons wedding. I reasoned that if I ordered a specific size, I could return it if it didnt fit or something was wrong with it. Well, there were things wrong with it and it did not fit. It didnt fit because it was 4 inches smaller in the bust than what they advertise a 14W to be. Numerous emails back and forth and they ended up saying that I was wrong and they would not take the dress back. The dresss sleeves were bunched into the bodice making numerous puckers. The lining was an inch longer than the skirt in the front. I put a review on their site, but it has not shown up. Apparently they can manipulate that. Be warned internet shoppers. I have learned an expensive lesson.
