I ordered a dress for my sisters wedding, I ordered it well in advanced so I wasn't really in any hurry. It came within 3 weeks. And Right away I noticed it was cut too short. I contacted customer service about the problem and they would only offer 15% for a mistake (they assumed it was my fault) after email back and forth (2 weeks of conversation and talking to a number of reps) they told me I ordered hollow to floor 59in, the dress I received was 48in. And in response, they tell me "sorry we can only do 15% discount and go to a trail to fix it." First this was not my mistake. Second, this dress altogether costed me 200$ and they suggest I should go to a tailor, how is a tailor going to make it longer. I will have to dish out more money.

This dress would have been perfect if the length was correct. I am super sad about the situation and now I am stuck with a dress that only comes to my ankles.

I ordered this dress and it came almost two weeks before it was supposed to! It fit great but I had it tailored to where the straps that tied together were removed but overall I loved the dress. Thank you

This dress is amazing! So pretty in person! It was a bit long but just get in tailored if its to long for you. It arrived on time and the measurements I put in were perfect and it fits me well.

Ordered a wedding dress because it looked light weight and informal (able to wear again)
Recieved a formal wedding dress that does not match the photo- lace in the photo is actually an applique on satin on the dress recieved. Tried to return with them- they want to split alteration costs (as the dress is a little small) but before I tried it on it didnt look the same. It is a beautiful dress if my wedding was not outside and informal.

I ordered a dress from here and when it arrived it fitted apart from the arm straps were too short. When I put the straps on the cups for the boobs were up on my shoulders. I have had several other people try the dress on who have all had the same issues. I sent photos to hebeos and they have offered 25% discount. I have told them that I cannot accept this as the dress would cost more than that to get altered and the quality is so bad Im not even sure that would be possible. I have asked them countless times to advise how I can return the dress for a full refund in line with their terms and conditions as the dress is faulty and misshaped but they have refused and are now ignoring my emails. I am absolutely disgusted with this service. THis has caused a great deal of upset as I need the dress to be a bridesmaid. I have contacted trading standards in relation to this issue.

I am trying to return an item. In order to return the item I have been asked to measure my child to ensure I ordered the right size. I ordered a size 10 ( which is my daughters size) I am returning the item as it is too long and I am not satisfied with it. I am now being ignored in emails and unable to get a return address. Despite my consumer rights I feel I will need to take this to trading standards in order to get a refund which I am entitled to if not satisfied with item.

Beautiful dress, thick and heavy, quality construction. Very long on me (I'm 5'3) so next time I'll order custom-made to save on alteration. Love it!

I was a little bit skeptical about the website in the beginning and looked at comments for a couple months. The prices were amazing on all of the dresses for the quality they were offering so it took me a while to finally decide to order the dress. When I got my dress I was so happy! It fit me to nicely and it looked just like the picture. The only few problems I had was that the color was a tad off and the v-neck didnt go as low as the photo online but all in all I loved it. I am definitely coming back to shop for further dresses in the future.

I don't even want to give this company 1 star they are horrible, My daughter and her friend both order a dress from here. My daughters dress was 10 sizes to big and we paid for custom size, the color was not "burgundy". The others girls dress was even worse nothing like the picture and completely see through. I have been sending emails back and forth with this company for months trying to get my money back.
