My dress arrived 5 days late and looks nothing like the advertised picture when I approached the company to return the dress they took 5 days to respond to me and then tried to offer me 10% refund and would not accept any return. I told them that I did not want the 10% and that I just wanted to return the dress for a full refund and then they tried to offer me 15%. I have asked them 3 times where they are based so that I can pursue this further however they still wont answer my question.
I feel completely ripped off and will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to stay away from these fraud rip off people. If there was a option to give 0 stars that is what I would be giving these people.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are entertaining the idea of order anything from this company, think again. They will not work with you to refund and return if you are not happy with the dress or whatever you thought you were ordering. They will show you a beautiful dress in a picture then when you get the dress you thought you ordered, it isnt anything like the picture and is not even made like it. It is a cheap knock off! Its made out of different fabric and isnt even close to what is pictured. They are crooks. They are dishonest and dont care if it doesnt fit or match the picture in the advertisement. I tried to talk to them through many emails and I never get the same person. They all are trained to say the same thing. They dont care!
DONT DO IT! Learn from my mistake!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom and when it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the picture online. It was also frayed, torn and the stitching was like something a 5 year old would do. It was ugly and disgusting. The company refuses to let me return it and won't answer emails, they only offered a 30 % refund at most... anyway I have taken it up with my credit card company. Please do NOT deal with these liars and thieves. You will regret it. They pretend to be based in the UK but the dress was sent from China and repackaged.

Very cute dress, got it custom size just fits a little weird around my back and butt. But dress came out great and just like the picture and I cant wait to wear it to prom.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a wedding dress in champagne, came later than specified. The colour was more in between a murky yellow and orange and the lace was like cardboard. I ordered a size 18 being well prepared to have it tailored as I'm in between a 14/16. Well don't go by your UK size because it went no where near me and the body was way too short. Have requested to return it 3no times and they keep asking for photo's. There's no way I'm taking photos in this dress. Still battling to get a returns form and if and when I do will probably be ripped off to return it too.

Ordered a dress and it finally came... so disappointed... workmanship was very shoddy and when I complained they wanted photos. These were sent showing bad beading with it falling off etc. what do I get back... a suggestion to find a good tailor and 10% of the purchase price. I have been quoted more than the dress was worth to fix their rubbish. Would not put your trust in this company... Sweat shop somewhere in asia... they rip of their employees as well as their customers..

This dress is so beautiful and fit me wonderfully! I looked so beautiful and am very excited to wear over and over. I ordered 2 sizes up than my normal and it was a wise decision!
