They have an a page on Instagram I recommend you follow it Hebeos. Official you can communicate with them there. I also recommend you order well in advance, a month or more before your event. I placed an order from Hebeos, I have received a dress from there it was custom made according to my measurements, they were very patient with me as i am very picky, I asked for a picture of the dress to see how it looks before they ship it to me. They sent me a picture it was good. But when the dress arrived it was beyond expectations and way nicer in person. Fits perfectly. Arrived 9 days later than the expected date but that's fine as long as it fits and as long as I received it before my event. I recommend to look at the pictured from the reviews posted and see how the dresses look on people not the advertised picture. Follow their page on Instagram it helps a lot because they share pictures of people wearing their products. I loved this dress, I had wanted it all year for prom and was so skeptic about ordering it online but I was so happy with the results. I did have to get it altered because the chest area was a little too big but that was probably just my measuring. The dress was delievered right on time and it was stunning, I couldnt have asked for anything better. My friend also ordered her dress from this sight per my recommendation and her dress was great too.

After receiving a dress that I ordered, I wanted to return it for a refund. Hebeos asked for pictures, measurements etc. Even though I gave this information to them, they told me they were sorry but they would not do a return/refund on the dress. BEWARE... they do not have a return policy except one that they make up as they go along, or continue asking repetitive question so you will give up. My suggestion would be to go and order from JJ House. Much better quality and a lot less hassles!

Do not order from this website! They will not honor the terms and conditions on the website. They sent us a defective dress that could not be worn and would not authorize a return or give us a refund. The dress arrived smelling like fish, had terrible frayed, crooked hems and had plastic snaps that would not fasten. The dress could not be worn. We sent pictures of the defects and they said for us to take it to get it fixed. Complete scam. Horrible experience and a fraudulent company.

My dress arrived and it fit perfect, just as I customized. I am truly impressed by the service I received through this website. I even received a nearly immediate reply when I expressed my troubles in the purchase of this dress. It looked beautiful and the material authentic and not cheap. I will be ordering more dresses from this site in the future. Thank you Hebeos, and thank you seamstress and alterations specialist. I am blessed to do business with you all.

Loved the elegance of the dress for the super affordable price. Worked perfectly for my engagement photo shoot. Had a few more alterations done to get it how I wanted. My only little complaint was that the bra pads were pretty obvious and that the slit up the dress was positioned really strangely. Otherwise, for the price, I recommend it.

I ordered my dress. It came when promised. However, the color was wrong and it was two different shades of green. It's supposed to be all one color. Also, the material was completely wrong. The description said chiffon. It came as a shiny, heavson's wedding. I tried it on anyway to see if it looked better on and I was unable to even raise my arms because of the material and how it was cut.
I sent several emails trying to resolve and sent pictures as they requested, however when I asked for a full refund, they quit responding. I was left scrambling last minute to get a dress for my son's wedding.

The dress is absolutely beautiful. Good quality! The size they recommended me to get was perfect as well. I will definitely recommend Hebeos to my friends & family and we will buy from here again. I also think the prices were reasonable.

Beautiful dress, it looks just like the pictures, my daughter bought it for her Best Friend's quinceñera party. She is very happy with the purchase and really loves it.
