My daughter found her dream prom dress on Pinterest, I searched around and found it on Hebeos.com. She was so excited, we placed the order, paid extra for rush delivery because we purposely didn't have them tailor make the dress in case it needed to be returned. We were planning to have alterations done locally. The dress was promised to be delivered 4. 18. 18, the dress didn't even ship until 4. 19. 18 and was actually delivered on 4. 23. 18. When we realized the dress wasn't going to make it in time we had to rush out and purchase an different dress, she was devastated. I contacted the company the day after it was delivered to initiate the return procedure. Ha ha! This is a complete joke. They refuse to allow a return. I explained in detail my situation in email after email to their customer service and I keep getting the same reply, "you ordered and received the right dress". Which to their credit is correct, we did receive the correct dress and it was beautiful, but with the delivery being so late and not as promised the dress is/was unusable to us. No matter how many emails I send, they will not allow me to return the dress. I am a single mother and had to save and save to buy my daughter this dress, the replacement dress I bought has to be put on credit. It is very difficult to have to bear the burden of 2 prom dresses. They do not care about the financial mess they caused me. They do not care about their customers! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company and so disrespected.
Hebeos.com is a scam.
Please learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company.

They do not have a phone
Will not send an address to refund
If I do not here tomorrow reporting them to all the agencies to get site blocked to Everything but their own country
Took weeks to come my daughter had 3 days to find another dress
Its been weeks and they did not respond to an address to return
No shipping return label - read this has happened to others

It has been almost 7 weeks since I requested an address so I can ship my dress back to the company and get a refund and they have refused to give me an address or to provide a full refund. I ordered a dress that looked completely different from the pictures posted, it is not what I wanted. I then had to get a new dress for my event and the company refuses to give me back my money or provide an address so that I can return it. It was the companys fault. I do not recommend buying here and would give them a 0 star if i could

We ordered two dresses from Hebeos and after 20 emails back and forth and a ton of messages back and forth on Facebook I need to warn others to NOT do business with this company that sent two dresses that came unwearable. The one dress is the wrong color, two sizes to small (yes we took measurements and yes we took it to the tailor) and the other dress has uneven cuts, uneven straps and is see through. The best they could offer me is 20% back on ONE dress. I am asking for a full refund on the one dress and I am spending $200 at the tailor to have the other dress fixed to be worn. I also had to buy another prom dress to replace the one that cannot be worn. Hundreds of dollars spent and wasted. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. Who can afford to pay for someone else's mistakes? I have given them a month to make this right and nothing.

I got this dress in the navy color as seen in the picture on the website. We were nervous to order online with custom measurements and all, but when it came, we were amazed at the quality of the dress and just how stunning it looked! I had to get the top adjusted a bit, because it was just a bit loose, but that wasnt much of an issue. It was absolutely amazing, best first prom ever! Hebeos, you made my prom a success! For all you short girls out there who want a dress like this, GO TO THIS WEBSITE!

The dress turned out perfect! I was nervous about ordering my prom dress online but I couldnt be more happy with the way it turned out. The only issue was it was about an inch too big on the skirt but it was an easy fix. It also arrived earlier than expected.

The dress comes exactly how its pictured and is extremely gorgeous. The train of the dress makes it so elegant and the fit you get from this dress is amazing. Only thing I didnt like was the top straps were a little loose

My daughters prom dress was horrible. Neck didnt even fit around her neck, wasn't glitter gold like the pick and her bottom was no where near poofy like the pic. I requested refund same day dress came because you have up to 7 days and i received this email...

What the hell i need my $250 back... im pissed to the max. Theres no contact number or anything.

I ordered 2 dresses the same day, the same size, for twin 18 year old girls. One of them got a dress that was not the color shown, and it was too big for her. I have been going back and forth with emails and they ask for everything, picture of the dress, measurements, told me that I could take it to a seamstress and have it altered. Well I did 5 prom dresses this year, and I consider myself a seamstress. Prom came and went, she bought another dress, and we are still fighting with this AWFUL company. I just want to return it and get money back. The other dress they sent was wonderful, very slow to get here, but it finally did. NEVER NEVER Again..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter from this site. The dress was supposed to have a heart neckline. The neckline was not centered, the shoulder straps were crooked and attached to the dress on different locations of the top of the dress, and the neck line had a sharp peak in it rather than a smooth contour. I contacted the company about getting a replacement dress. I was told "Thanks for your mail but the dress looks really nice
You know all our dresses are handmade so sometimes there is slight difference existing". I understand that the dress is handmade but it should be made well. I would never buy from them again and I strongly advise to stay away from this site!
