Would have been 5 stars if dresses were viewable in all available colors. Small color swatches not as helpful. Fortunately, I was purchasing black. Hoping color is deep, rich black. Thank you.

I would make sure that the color is chosen correctly. We had the dress checked and the green color checked and for some reason it came to us still "as picture shown" which is still a pretty color. Overall dress is pretty and a beautiful style and fit for my daughter.

It was okay. The shipping was a bit weird. But it eventually came after 2 or 3 weeks.

Everything was wonderful except the shopping time. At times I was afraid my dress wouldn't arrive on time for prom but I reached out to Hebeos and they did all they could to get it to me on time and it did! I love the dress it was just stressful wondering whether I was going to get it on time or not - so order in advance!

I literally bought a dress that was $142 and it was taken from my bank account, however I NEVER got an order number or tracking number for my order. I contacted Hebeos and they said they could not find my order! Bull$#*!! $142 is gone from my account and went to Hebeos, I checked my bank statement! $142 for a dress I will never f*ckn get! Do NOT buy from this seller! They are scammers and will absolutely steal your money!

I ordered 2 of these dresses on March 28 and included EXPEDITED shipping that cost $45. They finally arrived April 19 (the event is on the 24th). No where on HEBEOS web site did it say they would be coming from China! I certainly would not have ordered them as the possible delay (which obviously was a real concern) would make them late or possible not arrive in time for any tailoring.

I'm still waiting for my dress, weeks after it was supposed to be here. My event is in 6 days, when I contact them, they're rude and tell me and different thing every time I talk to some one new. One says it shipped but no tracking yet. Website still says "under construction". Another person just said "be patient". They don't care about you getting your order, once they have you money they don't care.

Nice styles of dresses, too many to choose from, great prices, strong material, arrived ontime, good communication with reps.
