Wrong color- we ordered champagne and got a gold dress so we were disappointed but it's still pretty so we are going to roll with it.

I'm sorry the dress is nice but it didn't fit me. Maybe a made a mistake with the measures. I will return it as soon as possible and that is what I can't rate your service now.

Total of 11 bridesmaid dresses were purchased for my wedding. Every dress had flaws, misfit, and needed alterations. We ordered both standard sizing and custom sizing and still EVERY dress needed alterations.
Most straps were not the same size, and dresses were too long or too wide. Some of the dresses the liner did not match up with the slit on the dress.
The savings of the dress prices was not experienced due to alteration costs.
The color was more PEACH than light PINK.
Even the junior bridesmaid (children dresses) needed alterations.

Looks nothing like the picture and i got the smallest size and it still is big and im not that skinny. Like your sizes need to be accurate.

Using a new site to purchase a prom dress could be dicey but Hebeos came through and both dresses we purchased were stunning and made the decision of which one to wear a little challenging (not a bad problem to have).

Paid for 3-7 day shipping after 10 days I requested follow up and was provided a shipping number around day 12. Thank goodness I ordered early incase we needed alterations.

I am pretty small so it doesn't shock me the dress did not fit. The dress also had a thicker material than expected and the color was not as bright as in the picture. If it fit me I probably would keep it because it is overall a very pretty dress. The back was my favorite part. Shipping also came fast.

I had some questions on the customization of a dress I was wanting so I emailed and they got right back to me by the end Of the day! I ordered and it came in great quality.

Hebos is a terrible plane to order from. They are online only and when you try to return their poorly made knock-offs, they will only give you a very small percentage of refund with you paying $36 in return shipping. You lose money if you return to them! Worst website/company ever!
