I had a seamstress measure me. The dress is way too small in the hips... I can't even pull it on. I'm taking it to her in hopes that she can alter it. Otherwise, it was a waste of money. It is a beautiful dress.

I ordered a dress from the company, when emailing them on the issue, it took several days before hearing back. When I did get the email the company stated it was too late to stop the item from shipping to contact them when I recieved it. I did and asked for a refund. The dress had not been opened, touched, worn, altered in anyway. Simply put it was not the dress I ordered. The response after sending pictures along with emails was, the colors can be a bit off and it's made by hand and it was not the company's fault. BS! Stay away do not order, horrible customer service, no one to talk to, nothing.

I sent measurements and still got a dress that was all over the place way to big in most parts and the color was ugly

BUYER BEWARE! I don't usually write reviews but I was REALLY on the fence about ordering from this company. The only reason I did is because I saw some favorable reviews. These dresses are obviously cheaply made. Poor quality of materials and poor quality as it relates to fit. They seem like a good deal based on the pictures--they are not. And the company is a total racket when it comes to trying to return things. They make excuses, they try to bully you into keeping the items, they offer you a discount to keep the items. Finally they said they would take the items back but for a 30% restocking fee and I needed to pay shipping. Is this terrible? Sure. But, I knew it was a gamble, and I know I have to ship it back to China, so I was willing to do so. Then they renege and refuse to send the address. The emails from random people in their customer service department were fast when it came to trying to bully me into keeping the items. But when it became clear I was expecting them to honor the return--they ghosted me quick.

Needed the dress sooner than the dates available and i reached out to the team and they made it happen!

I would like to know how long do i have in case i want to return it. The shopping experience was ok. I'm not like the delivery side.

I wish I knew what the front was going to look like. The tulle was taking away from the little bit of lace it had.

Fast delivery! Great dress. The quality was better than expected.

I received my dress and ordered accordingly with my measurements however it is so small that there is no way it measures to my measurements. I normally wear a 16W and this dress is more like a 12. I could not even get it on and my National pageant is June 17th therefore I do not have time to play an back and forth game nor the money to put out for another one that may not fit. I am extremely upset with the Hebeos company. I would have to lose shipping and stocking fees and pay for a new dress before receiving anything back for this one. I will not order from them again.

My prom and the shipping and the making of my dress was very fast and the dress was very well made!

My daughter picked out this dress for her senior prom. At first I was a little hesitant to order from a website out of the country, but I'm glad we did! Not only did we order the dress but we also got shoes and a crown for my princess. All three were absolutely beautiful! The dress was a size 6 which in US size she was 7-8 and it needs just a little bit taking in. Took it to get altered and the lady was commenting on how great the quality of the fabric was and she works for a bridal company! My princess looks absolutely stunning. Thank you I will use this company again and highly recommend it!
