My daughter loves the dress. The experience was great and quick.

We had a disappointing experience with Hebeos due to their strict and unfavorable return policy. Unlike retailers such as Amazon, their policies make it difficult to return items. My wife ordered an expensive dress for a wedding, but unfortunately, it did not fit properly. When we reached out for a return or exchange, the company only offered a 20% discount rather than a reasonable return option.

If you are considering purchasing from Hebeos, be sure to review their return policy carefully before making a decision. We strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering, especially if proper fit and flexibility in returns are important to you.

I ordered samples of dress colors and not only do they charge for samples and shipping the shipping time took 3 weeks to get 5 little swatches, and when I read their return policy it seems as though the only way they will accept a return is if the color ordered is not what was received! Their incredibly slow delivery time for small swathes of material coupled with fact that they basically won't accept returns unless you get the wrong color ( which is crazy to me, when buying something site unseen except a picture a customer wants the assurance that it can be returned without a hassle)

Did not receive order, no response from customer support. Emailed customer support multiple times with no response from customer support at all

Once I received the dress I tried it on and noticed it looked nothing like the picture. I searched how to return the dress and realized they make it very difficult to return.

My experience was great. My dress arrived way before it was supposed to arrive. I am so happy and pleased.

I placed the order on Feb 12th received on the 28th. The updates about the dress were great. The delivery time was awesome, however, my daughter tried the dress on the 29th and I immediately requested a refund on the website and via email. I sent a follow up email on 3/7 and I received a response that evening. The response came from an email that had a bunch of numbers and I thought it was a scam. My initial review stated that they did not respond at all but that was incorrect. The dress is very heavy and would also require additional tailoring which would not be a major issue if it was the dress we were wanting. I am updating my review to reflect that customer service responded on the evening of 3/7. Our thoughts on the dress have not changed but they did reach out and asked how they can fix the issue.

I ordered three swatches and they came within a couple of weeks material looks nice.

I ordered three yellow dresses and one gray dress. When the package arrived in the mail, I opened it to find the dresses in a large pink shopping bag and the whole bag was completely taped up with package tape. Getting this off was an absolute disaster, who ships dresses this way? When I finally was able to open the dress package, about 15 minutes later, I took the yellow dresses out and notices orange coloring in the bra padding area, on the outside. The zippers were very hard to zip on all of the dresses. I contacted customer service to send the dresses back and they did not adhere to their own return policy. These dresses were NOT custom made, they were standard sizes and they tried to tell me each dress is custom made, then why would you put up a return policy that states "if the dress is standard sizes etc" They offered me a 15% return refund, absolute smack in the face. Terrible company, service, products and shipping. DO NOT order from here!

Was beautiful exactly as described my daughter is in love can't wait to wear it for her pageant

The order arrived earlier than expected and the dress fit beautifully. My daughter is 5'4" and ordered the size 4. Although a little long, with heals the length will be perfect. My daughter loves the dress and the color.

I'm still waiting on the other two dresses I ordered but I love the one I received. Excited for the rest!

This is our third year shopping and we are always very happy!

It seems the company is making it difficult to return product. Lots of hoops to jump through including taking a picture of the original packaging used through carrier.

Our dress came very quickly and is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Working with company to return the items, but they are requesting pictures, and explanation of the return. Can't use items at all. Waiting to hear back from them.
