The dress is very well made! I'm 5'6" and 157#. I ordered size 10, but 8 would probably have been better. There is a little room around the middle for me. I feel like the sizing is good! It's not like the modern day make you feel tiny sizing… I would give them my measurements if I purchased again.

The material and quality of the work is great! They shipped it inside out in a plastic bag, which made it safe and sound.

There is a sort of bra strap inside the dress that I might take in because it could be tighter for my body…again, why I would send measurements.

Would purchase from here again, easy purchasing process and package arrived quickly and the dress was in great shape on arrival.

Quick delivery. Material is good and the dress didn't look cheap

Buying process was okay, but it took a month to get the dress. When I did get the dress on October 17,2022 it does not match the discrimination that it says online. The color is way off.

When I placed my order, which was $18.00 for a swatch booklet, I did not choose express shipping. The site automatically chose it for me for $24.00. I reached out to the company regarding this matter and did not receive a response. Then, the order took almost two weeks to arrive (not express shipping). On top of that, when it arrived, the mail carrier informed me that another $5.00 was owed for postage. I went ahead and paid that (now shipping was $29.00 total). The booklet looked a little rough and wrinkled when I opened it. I'd return if it not for having to pay for shipping AGAIN as well as it's pretty much useless for me at this point. I had already written a review on the company website, but I have yet to hear any response. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. Also, when I looked into where their location was, I read online that their location was in Oregon, USA, but as I looked into it further after I placed my order, it apparently has a Hong Kong address.

The dress is 100% perfect. Got it in a timely manner the dress was delivered with in the dates givin and the size was true to size..

Simply beautiful! Fit perfect! Arrived as expected. I have ordered from Hebeos before and I will order again.

Great dress, surprising, good quality. Very quick shipping! Only negative is that I followed measurement instructions and paid extra for the customization and waist is way too big so going to have to spend a good bit on alterations so stick with the standard size and don't pay for the customization.

The dress came stained and does not look

This was lopsided, the top should part is only connected in front so doesn't stay put. The champagne color looks super yellow, the material looks cheap. It looked nothing like the photo. My 14 year old daughter, who usually compliments my clothes and is very positive in general, said I looked like I was wearing a Belle costume.

And I can't return it because it was made custom to my measurements. I had to buy another dress. Money wasted, lesson learned.

We are in love with both of the dresses we purchased. They fit perfectly!

If I could give 1 star I would. Service was absolutely horrible. Item would first of all not even ship to the address I ordered it to and on top of that, once I received the dresses one of them was completely sown wrong and the quality is awful. Been reaching out to them to try and return it and they will not do so and are instead suggesting me to get it tailored at my own cost.
1. The material of the dress is so bad it cannot be tailored
2. Once again it is SOWN WRONG.

Save your money and don't buy from them. The customer service is the absolute worst.

I'm very happy with the service. I originally made my order with the wrong color but hebeos contacts were quick and responsive to correct my order. The products got delivered on time.

Dress didn't end up fitting kinda upsetting I guess the only size chart is not accurate.

Not bbw friendly and most of customer service is crap.
