This is my 3rd big purchase. They have beautiful items and true to your size. I just dont like the gold in the middle of the dress it does not look real, it looks like it is glue on. Shopping easy. Delivered timely
The last thing you need while planning for a wedding is trying to rely on a site like this. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. They don't refund shipping cost (even if you pay for expiditied shipping and it doesn't come for 8 days) and they won't refund the entire price of the article (even if it was a standard size and doesn't fit). Doesn't care about their costumers, total waste of time and money. They have NO customer service phone number, you can only communicate with them by email. They don't have a place for google reviews or reviews on their own website (now that I'm looking to write some and hopefully save some people from this train wreck of a company). In hindsight I should have known better, this company is shady as all heck. I hope this helps you.
I purchased a standardized dress. It was not flattering on me. I attempted to return. They refuse to return despite meeting the criteria new condition, not customized, has tags, return initiated within 14 days of receiving order. I took pictues of the dres to prove condition as they request. They expected me to take pictures of myself wearing it. I refused do to privacy reasons! They want me to keep it and resell it! Do not order from them. This poor business practice and fraud.
I measured And bought according to the measurements. When I got the dress in, it was way too big. I requested to return and get a refund. And re-order a smaller size. They would not let me return it. They gave me a 10% refund to go towards my alterations that they suggested. That was $10! It's going to cost me over $100 for alterations. As a customer, I should be able to return a dress get a refund to re-order a smaller size. You get your money and I get my correct size dress. But, instead I was denied a return and will NEVER order from Hebeos again.
Order was fast, had to fix the dress. The buttons for the straps in the back were in the wrong place.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! They have NO customer service! Everything is email and apparently they charge a 30% restocking fee that IS NOT on their website policy! I've been going back and forth with them for a WEEK now because they refuse to give me a refund! And at first I only wanted an exchange! They only offered me 10% back of what I paid and then 20%! After I kept arguing with them! They're saying they make the dress to order and it'll be difficult to find another buyer for my return! I made NO alterations AT ALL! It's legit a generic size 14! You can't tell me you not going to find another girl ordering a size freaking 14! These Chinese websites are so greedy and don't even have a real person to talk to. Each email that I got was signed in the bottom by a different person! And then they're fighting with me trying to make me feel crazy by saying the SETTINGS ON MY COMPUTER IS OFF AND THATS WHY IT LOOKS LIKE THE WRONG COLOR! I know WHITE from IVORY! Even the dress they sent a picture of trying to prove me wrong is freaking WHITE! This wasn't a $20 dress! I spent $240 on this dress that was supposed to be for my wedding and because of their inconsiderate customer service I had to buy a quick dress off Amazon FOR MY WEDDING DAY! I love Amazon don't get me wrong but no for a WEDDING DRESS! I'm eloping so i didn't want to spend too much money but i also didn't want to be too cheap! This place really is horrible! If i can give NO stars i would!

When requesting to return the item, I was told to submit a photo of me in the dress. I shouldn't have to "prove" that the dress doesn't work for me.
Took so long to arrive just to find out the top is see through

The only single thing that made us choose this store over others was their deceiving/misleading "friendly" return policy which mentions you could return any dress, except custom-made, 14 after receiving it. In their return policy, they mention you can return purchased items that are not made custom fit. We didn't purchase a custom-fit dress, just select a size. Turns out this store considers ALL dresses to be custom-made which is not true and was never explained.
