I ordered a standard size 6-no alternations. I tried on 24 dresses at the mall the day before I ordered this dress. I fit in a size 6 for each one. However, when I ordered this size 6 I couldn't even zip it up!
Be careful and look at the sizes for a standard fit for Hebeos dresses. They are NOT standard!

I am not happy with this purchase or the customer service when i wanted to return my dresses. I wanted to return it because the dress didn't fit, and they asked for a picture of the dress on showing my back where it didn't close. I wouldn't recommend this website to order dresses. I always shop online, and this is the first time I encounter this issue

Fabric is beautiful The cut is lovely, it took two or three weeks to get so order ahead

Be cautious, the images on this site don't do a good job of fully showing the items.

Great experience, dress came exactly as ordered, no complaints.

The top of the dress is pink/red and does not match the bottom of the dress. It was advertised as a burgundy dress. I ordered this dress on 9/18/22, received it 10 days later. I am still trying to get a refund for the dress. Hebeo's has only offered to give me 10% of a $122.00 dress! The length measurements are not accurate. So expect to add tailoring on to the cost of the dress. Customer service is very poor.

Ordered for Homecoming and used expedited shipping and it made it in time 2 have alterations

I didn't receive two dresses worth $300, and the customer service asking me to do a million things like sending them camera feeds to prove that it actually happened or filing a complaint with the delivery agent etc to give me a refund! It's their responsibility to take care of the refund of they screw up the delivery. I haven't chosen DHL to deliver it. It's their tie up, not mine, they should take care of it. It's just such a frustrating experience and it's not a small amount of money!

Color is not as gold and picture. Also paid for a custom fit and it is way off.

I received the dress way later than when they said it should arrive. Also, the size chart on their website was not correct and the dress did not fit with the sizes they said were my daughter's size. The dress was too big in the top area and too tight in the legs. So I asked to return it and they would not let me return it, Even though it was days after receiving but said I needed to take it to a tailor and spend additional money. The dress arrived late and too late to have it tailored for homecoming and I'm not sure how a tailor could let out the leg area since there wasn't additional fabric. I would not do business with this company, you are buying in good faith and their customer service was horrible and would not return the dress--only that I needed to get it tailored where I lived and they would give me 10% off of future orders. I would never buy from them again and will let all my friends and their friends know not to do busineee with them. Buyer beware!

I was skeptical and a little nervous to order my wedding dress online. The return policy isn't as accepting for certain reasons so make sure you fully read the return policy. I'm happy with the dress and I will be keeping it. It just needed some alterations for me personally.

When I first ordered the dress I ordered in white and realized a few hours later more modern wedding dresses are made in ivory and not stark white, so within a few hours of ordering I emailed customer service panicking that they could change my color and also change the size from 16 to 16W and they got back to me within a couple of hours saying they can make the changes before it was made. I was nervous customer service wouldn't be up to par but they were kind and quick to reply.

Also the dress got here within one week of ordering! I was pleasantly surprised with the turn around time!
