I had to call about my shipment early last week, when I called and spoke with the gentleman he let my know that the items that were ordered, were on at least a 3 week back order. I expressed my concern and lack of notification about the item. The gentleman tried to make things right and help as much as possible. However I lost customers from my business and now I have damaged items that I am still unable to use. I am very frustrated with your company right now.

Website is pretty easy to use. Product is nice to work with.
The shipping was fast. The product was not what I expected. I expected a tough, sturdy industrial type fabric. What I received was a soft t-shirt style cotton fabric. I will be calling to see if I can exchange it for the correct product.
Shipping of my press was timely and everything was already assembled which made it super convenient.
Ordering process was very easy for both my heat press and mugs. Mugs took longer to come in than I'd hoped but I understand. Individual mug quality is very inconsistent.
This website always has the best prices. However, I never get an email saying my order has shipped. I check my inbox and my spam and I never get shipping notifications. Also, it takes a couple days after ordering for my order to actually ship. Most vinyl companies ship same or next business day.
Overall satisfied
Things take too long to ship. I didn't even get a confirmation or tracking number until my stuff was already at my house and that came a day later. Little advice is to have more options to get things then the ground shipping, it's 2017 use Amazon prime of something to move products faster giving better service and faster delivery because UPS ground is just too slow when you can sign up for amazon prime and let amazon handle your orders.
Really easy, great products and prices.
Overall experience was good. Product is only 19.5 inches in width however and states it is 20in. Which is a little dissapointing considering I have a 10in design and will only be able to get one out of the width.
